I made a deposit of 2000 rupees on 24th July and even after 4 days, my money is not yet deposited. They just say wait, wait and wait... I am done with this app now.. Deleting the app now and won't suggest anyone to use it.

During these 25 days, I have requested a clear and official explanation countless times. Instead, I continue to receive the same generic template responses by email, live chat, and even publicly under my Trustpilot review.

I have saved all my conversations with MelBet Support, all email correspondence, and every public reply posted under my reviews. These records clearly show that I keep receiving repeated statements such as "Please wait," "We are waiting for the payment provider," or "Your case is under investigation," without any evidence, investigation report, or estimated resolution date.

I would like to ask everyone reading this review a simple question:

Is it acceptable for a betting company to keep a customer's successfully processed deposit unresolved for 25 days because of its own payment or technical issues?

If MelBet has a problem with its payment provider or internal processes, that should not leave customers without access to their own funds or without transparent information.

My bank has confirmed that the payment was successfully processed, and I have submitted every document requested, including my bank statement, payment confirmation, RRN number, screenshots, and all additional evidence.

I have also submitted formal complaints to the relevant dispute resolution bodies and initiated a Mastercard chargeback through my bank.

Based on my personal experience, I strongly encourage everyone to think carefully before depositing money with MelBet. Please share this review so that more people can read my documented experience and make their own informed decision before trusting this platform with their money.

Avoid MelBet! I have been a loyal customer since 2020, but they are now withholding my money. On June 26, I deposited 1010 MAD via Barid Pay. The agent explicitly confirmed via phone that he received the money, yet my balance is still 0.

My name is Deepanshu Sharma, and I am telling everyone globally that Melbet is the most pathetic, shameless, and money-eating scam app in existence. I deposited a large amount of ₹30,000, and they have straight-up stolen it and refused to credit it to my wallet for over 15 days.
I am a professional gaming video creator and streamer with over 119K subscribers on my platform. I have played on and reviewed countless gaming platforms, but I have NEVER seen such a fraudulent and corrupt application in my entire life. I am now going to make dedicated exposure videos, record my screens, and share this entire scam story across all my social media channels and subscriber base to completely expose their real face.
I have provided absolute backend proof. My bank (Kotak Mahindra Bank) officially completed an investigation and closed my dispute because Melbet's partner bank rejected the reversal and kept my money. Even after showing this direct rejection proof, their customer care agent named 'Junge' acted like a total fraud, gave a useless robotic copy-paste reply, and shamelessly closed the chat just to ask for a 5-star rating! I gave them 1 star, which is too high for these thieves.
Look at all the other reviews—everyone has the exact same terrible, disgusting experience here. Their only motive is to trap your money and look away. If they reply to this review with some generic customer support nonsense, remember it is just a cheap formality to hide their scam. ID: 1086241105. Stolen my deposits and masquerading it as Payment Query and further Clarification after 1 month after a whole month. They just decides not to give my deposit and are Thieving scums, I presented the necessary proof I didnt get my Deposit, after a month which is a whole lot harder to get or nearly impossible, they say I should make a screen recording of my transaction history on my phone app, invading my privacy and failing to give my deposit, a Scummy Platform. Fraudsters, with their useless Customer support who reply like bots whom I think are bots.

UPDATE: This is a misleading public response. Melbet claims they provided a 'solution,' but their so-called solution is to withhold my 5,000 THB deposit by using a fake 'Responsible Gaming' excuse right after I provided my legal Thai ID.

I am filing this final complaint against Melbet (Player ID: 1608338621) regarding my blocked withdrawal of ₹200,000.
I have already submitted all requested documents, including my Aadhaar card, bank statement, and the specialized selfie with my ID and email screen. The operator then demanded a Driving License, which I do not possess. As a valid alternative, I have provided my PAN Card, which is a government-issued identity proof.
Refusing to verify my account because I don't have one specific document (DL), while I have provided multiple other legal IDs, is clearly a delay tactic. This is a legitimate win of ₹2 lakh, and I have fully cooperated with the security team.
This is my final notice. If Melbet does not verify my account and release my ₹200,000 immediately, I will escalate this matter to the Curacao eGaming Commission and report them for fraud and withholding player funds. I have attached all screenshots of my communication and the documents sent as proof
