I am filing this final complaint against Melbet (Player ID: 1608338621) regarding my blocked withdrawal of ₹200,000.
I have already submitted all requested documents, including my Aadhaar card, bank statement, and the specialized selfie with my ID and email screen. The operator then demanded a Driving License, which I do not possess. As a valid alternative, I have provided my PAN Card, which is a government-issued identity proof.
Refusing to verify my account because I don't have one specific document (DL), while I have provided multiple other legal IDs, is clearly a delay tactic. This is a legitimate win of ₹2 lakh, and I have fully cooperated with the security team.
This is my final notice. If Melbet does not verify my account and release my ₹200,000 immediately, I will escalate this matter to the Curacao eGaming Commission and report them for fraud and withholding player funds. I have attached all screenshots of my communication and the documents sent as proof

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this platform.

After using the service normally, I accumulated a balance of approximately BRL 2,800. My account was then placed under verification.

I fully cooperated and submitted ALL requested documents, including:

* Driver’s license
* Selfie with ID
* Proof of address
* Bank statements and deposit confirmations
* Additional information requested over time

All documents were accepted, yet they continued asking for more.

After providing everything, my account was suddenly CLOSED under an accusation of “fraud” WITHOUT any evidence or proper explanation.

On top of that:

* My account access has been completely blocked (I cannot log in anymore)
* My funds are still being withheld
* I was informed that further requests regarding this matter would be ignored

This means they not only kept my money but also cut off any possibility of support or resolution.

This is extremely concerning and unacceptable behavior.

There is no transparency, no evidence, and no fair process — only accusations, blocked access, and withheld funds.

All international websites state that there are 9 corners, except for Milebit, who wants to scam us, so he count them as 8.

New user registered yesterday - deposited 50 k. My Userid 1573142069. worst experience with Melbet. After playing and winning, I tried to withdraw my balance but they refused to process it. I contacted their support multiple times, security team but instead of solving the issue, they kept delaying with excuses.
This is a scam when a platform takes your money but doesn’t allow you to withdraw your own winnings. Very unprofessional, unfair, and frustrating.
All strongly advise globally others to avoid Melbet and not use the site ever.

Below is modus operandi -

I am a new user on Melbet. I downloaded the app for the first time and made a single deposit of 50,000 INR using my own bank account.
My Aadhaar card downloaded from the official UIDAI website.

For verification, I submitted all legal and genuine documents, including: Multiple times.

Despite submitting only original, government-issued and issued documents by Government Of India - the Security Team claimed that my documents are “forged” without explaining which document or which specific detail is incorrect. When I requested clarification or asked what alternative format is acceptable, I was told that “all consulting has already been provided” and they stopped responding.
Multiple times chatted with online support chat - sent mails multiple times - No response.

As a first-time user who followed all rules and provided legitimate documents, this experience feels extremely unfair. No clear reason, no opportunity to correct, and no transparent verification standard was shared.

I am posting this review to highlight this issue and humbly requesting Melbet to provide clear, specific, and transparent verification requirements, especially for new users.
