Lyons Bowe Solicitors - Shepton Mallet Omdömen

Lyons Bowe in Shepton Mallet did our conveyancing on our recent house sale and we found Shanice and Senaya unfailingly helpful.

Absolutely amazing experience using Lyons Bowe Solicitors. From start to finish they have been friendly, helpful and very efficient! Cannot fault them! Big thank you to Finn Erasmus for helping us through the legal side of our house sale and property purchase! Appretiate all your hard work! Thank you :)

This is my first time using a solicitor and I can honestly say that the whole experience was seamless. Using the online app made it easy for me to track the progress of my sale. Each member of the team were helpful, pleasant and patient. I even loved the little van that kept moving as each procedure was completed. Would i recommend them, yes, would I use them again, absolutely.

Lyons Bowe have provided impeccable service with our house sale and purchase. From onboarding, through enquiries and finally to completion, they've kept us up to date and chased other parties to keep everything running as smooth as possible.

I'm especially grateful to Emelia from the completions team. We had a very long and complicated chain, and the entire sale was about to fall apart right at the last stretch due to chain complications. But Emelia worked incredibly hard, pulling out all the stops, and rescued our purchase.

Really really great experience. Would recommend this firm and will definitely use again. Maddie was so helpful and went above and beyond to complete on time for me. Thank you

We are still in the process of purchasing our home, but the New Instructions Team have been very helpful. To start with there were a few communication issues with our case being passed to someone else, and what we felt like duplicate information being requested, however once we voiced this and were able to speak with a manager to clarify our needs, they were very accommodating and the process moved forward quickly and efficiently.
We are now back in a place of being excited for the next steps of our house purchase.
The app provided and forms of communication are also very clear and easy to follow for first time buyers.

As there are lots of stories about bad, sluggish and next-to-useless solicitors, Lyons Bowe contradicts that.
Our experience was great. They work proactively, always on time and we’ve been updated regularly. They chased other solicitors and agencies for updates.
I would like to say big thank you.
I can recommend them with peace of mind.
Special thanks to Prerana Das and Tehasha Perera.

So far so good, a great service from Dorothy and Morgan, we have moved onto the Legal team now, I am sure the great service will continue until the sale of the house has gone through.

As first‑time buyers, we were naturally nervous about the whole process, but the team were incredibly helpful from start to finish. Everything felt smooth and well‑handled, and even when the odd thing didn’t go exactly to plan, they always went out of their way to get things sorted quickly. We genuinely felt they were doing everything they could to keep things moving for us.

Most of our communication was through email, with the occasional phone call when needed. Although they don’t always answer the phone straight away, their email responses were consistently prompt, clear, and reassuring — which actually worked really well for us and kept everything on track.

Overall, we’re really grateful for how supportive and efficient they were throughout the purchase of our first home. We’d happily recommend them to anyone going through the process.

I was purchasing a house for my son and received an excellent service from the Exchange and Completion Team, in particular Abigail Gibbs. They were regularly in contact with us and ensured the exchange and completion process went through very smoothly and with no uncertainty.

Would definitely use Lyons Bowe again. Maddie Coles dealt with our completion (selling our flat and buying another property) and she was great.

The other side solicitors were awful to get hold of, but Maddie was very communicative and fought our battles well - we barely had to lift a finger. (which, from my experience, isn’t very common with other firms!)

Maddie was friendly and very helpful when paperwork etc got confusing at points. She was a friendly, warm person to have on our side through the otherwise stressful experience of buying and selling property. We felt very lucky to have her as our legal assistant!

Once we started working with our main Conveyancing partner (Liandi Lloyd) we received great advice and guidance. She was always "on the ball", prepared for our calls (when we had them) and was confident and clear all the way through the process - including helping us work through a very unexpected event, namely submitting and receiving approval for an Adverse Possession application from the Land Registry.

I used the free wills network and did it through Twams meeting. I was very nervous but Natasha was great . After Natasha answered my questions quickly and professionally with a lot of patience as I'm such a ditherer.
Ironically the problems i had wasnt with lyons bowe it was my witnesses couldnt follow instructions but its all sorted now. Now to get on with life knowing everything is in order. Many thanks!

Have used Lyon’s Bowe for 2 sales and 2 purchases of properties. They are the best conveyancers we have ever used. Efficient, reliable, knowable and so fast! Sian Sheppard is totally amazing. We have requested her to handle sales and purchases every time. Shout out to Alex Smith who was excellent for handling the exchange and completion stage. Absolutely recommend Lyons Bowe to anyone.

The free wills service I received using Marie curie was all painless. Information and assistance provided throughout. I am very happy with the finished will and Lyons Bowe service . Would recommend.

Everyone was very quick to answer any queries I had, they were so efficient Buying a property is never easy and I was grateful for all the help I was given. Also I thought the fees were reasonable.

Lyons Bowe have been excellent during our first home buying experience. Lily was an amazing first port of call and make the experience so smooth and easy. Eleanor and Finn also allowed for such an informative transition through the process all of which really had our best interests at heart. The app is a great feature allowing us to track our progress throughout each stage. I would highly recommend and we are extremely grateful for our service.

As first time buyers we felt at ease with the process that Lyons Bowe use. You are guided through teams as your matter progresses. A special thank you to Ellie Weeks who really helped us to completion when we thought it was going to fall through. She made sure we were well informed and we felt like she was really in our corner. I’ve often heard of solicitors being slow either difficult communication when buying a house, but that was not my experience at all with Lyons Bowe.

We are in process of selling our house and Shanice Govender has helped us through the legal aspects, easing the process through to the next stage.

Thato, Maddie and entire team was very professional during my process of conveyancing. They handle my case with utmost professionalism and it was super fast. In just about 10weeks the whole process was concluded. I am very impressed with the speed and response.
