Lynx good playable product with the Human touch supporting.
Lynx product is playable and good but product support was not good based on my experience, however behind the scenes somebody dropped the ball and my concerns fell into a hole, once this was established lynx were great even the CEO got involved, so sometimes judge a company on handling problems so I have no issue giving five stars for the product offerings and support lynx provide.

Excellent customer service
I was unsure about the trim on the golf bag.The lady operator took time to check against swatches in office.
Chose another colour As course I play gets very wet and need to be able to wipe down bag.

Poor service - The bag I purchased was fine but the…
The bag I purchased was fine but the website is very misleading because before I ordered, it placed 2 bags in the checkout and then it was confirmed on completion and I would be receiving another bag free. When the item turned up I only received one bag, I contacted customer service and was told it was a glitch on the website and they would do nothing about it. Very poor experience and this makes me not trust their website or how the organisation deals with problems, this poor customer service means I will never order anything from them again and I was considering buying some new clubs, not now!

Unfortunately we were experiencing a glitch on our website which has since been resolved so we shouldn't experience this error in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience caused however we could not honour the free bag as this was a glitch on the receipt and not advertised on our website.
