I love the idea of having a target to aim for but in a fun way and broken down to suit individual needs.

About 2-3 years ago I took part in the race at your pace challenges and even completed an annual one and got my final medal at the end of competing with my total mileage on for the year!
I stopped running for about 2 years as I lost interest but I’ve been running again for the last 6 -8 months and really found my love for running again! I’ve decided to take part in the Decembers challenge as there was no runs locally to sign up and wanted to have a goal for December! So signed up for this one and it’s really inspiring to get out on the cold and wet nights and complete my challenge! Plus the medal looks amazing!
I think race at your pace is a brilliant idea for everyone including runners, walkers, cyclists and swimmers! It keeps you focused and make you want to get up and go for it! Keep up the great work and I can’t wait to sign up to next years challenges! Thank you all involved!

Great motivation for whatever level your are

These guys have made exercising so easy, and more than a little rewarding. What started out as an attempt to increase my fitness, has resulted in a fierce determination to complete my personal goal every month and see my shiny medal hanging proudly to acknowledge it. I love that i can choose the activity, the distance, and that theyve added in a childrens section so they can start their fun fitness journey too. The app is super easy to use, it saves the details so I'm not having to repeat every month, and the loyalty scheme means pay once and I don't have to worry about the cost each month (the free medal also sweetens it). If there's been an issue it's been resolved within minutes when raised, and there's actual human beings who respond to you, which just adds to the sense of community. I love RAYP and can't wait to start 2025 with them....I just hope my husband can find a place for another homemade medal hanger!

Race At Your Pace has been fantastic for keeping me motivated to run a set mileage every month for the last 12 months. I've lost over two stone and I've never felt fitter. Getting the regular email prompts and receiving a wonderful medal and certificate at the end of every month have been so rewarding and kept me focused on my challenge to run consistently. I'd recommend it to anyone, regardless of your fitness experience. Choose your distance and get going!

I love Race at your Pace. Every month I do the multi activity challenge...swim, run and walk all counts towards my total and being able to change the distance enables me to increase or decrease (depending on life!) to reach my goals. Have achieved far more in 2024 than I thought possible and looking forward to seeing if I can smash it in 2025

So glad I found this site! Kept me motivated throughout 2024 and will be continuing into 2025. Definitely wouldn’t have run as much without my monthly targets on here! Well worth the money for better fitness, physical and mental health.

Good for keeping you motivated to exercise more. I was disappointed that their app doesn’t have the capacity to track your miles itself; You need to upload evidence from another app. The medal is good quality, but I just don’t think it’s worth £10-12 per month (price changes depending on whether or not you buy an annual subscription) Glad I did for January, but I’m just going to track my miles by myself from now on…

I have just completed my first challenge on Race at Your Pace and it couldn’t have been easier.
Do your run or walk, upload, job done. I even upped my challenge miles half way through the month. Just sent them an e-mail.
It really is that easy.

Race at your pace has been a huge motivator for me. Getting exercise was alien to me and I have just got my medal for walking 70 miles in December. I completed 2 previous challenges earlier in the year where I did 35 miles each time. Working from home means sometimes you need never leave the house. With race at your pace I am out and about every day!

I’ve done Race At Your Pace for 2 years (annual pass) and really love it! The medals are great and promptly posted, the app is easy to use and customer service is excellent. Very motivating and keeps me walking and running! Will definitely sign up next year!

Excellent way to get fit

This is brilliant. Quick and easy. Can't fault it. Definitely recommend as a way to motivate you no matter what the distance or how you do it.

I have been completing race at your pace for three years now and love it! It is very little a month and makes me do the exercise I have notes I will complete. Way better than any gym membership. Also, have been in touch with them on numerous occasions. About changing my distance or type of exercise etc and the customer service is second to none. They respond really quickly and are always really professional and thoughtful.

I really love Race At Your Pace. I started taking part in lockdown when all my races were cancelled and I needed some motivation to carry on running. I ended up reaching 100 miles run in a month more than once! And now that I'm currently injured and can't run, I love that the challenges apply to swimming and walking too, so I can still challenge myself and keep active. The medals are always great, unique, themed designs, and the tops are really good value for money. I find it really positive - you can change your goal through most of the month so if you get injured there's no pressure to carry on, it's purely your own motivation that gets you through.

So glad I joined. A little bit pricey but it keeps me motivated. You can buy an annual pass ( one month is free) or pay for monthly challenges as you wish to do them. I have a month to do my chosen challenge at my own pace and I'm really enjoying it. Medals are lovely and well made. Tops can be purchased at an additional cost if you choose to do so. Great support and the team are always so helpful if you have any questions or concerns.
