They sent me a bunch of products that I didn't order and charged my credit card. When asked for a refund, since I didn't open them or order them, they said I would have to ship them all back at my cost all the way to Poland.

Thank you for your comment. As far as we can see this is your first order on our website. You (or somebody who knew your address details) placed an order using your name, address, email and credit card details. The order was shipped to the US via UPS. You have received 5 confirmation emails when the order was placed. Then you picked up the order and likely paid customs clearance fee. Then you wrote us that you thought that you’ve ordered some two products instead of the products you’re received although the products you’ve received were corresponding to the order placed. Then after we asked you which products you thought you bought you did not answer this question. Instead you’ve asked for full refund because you did not place this order but allegedly we scammed you and WE somehow not knowing your details nor credit card information placed this order on your behalf to basically steal your money. This is absolutely false!
As we have mentioned we can refund you the cost of the products if you send them back at your cost because there is nothing we did wrong with this order.

No actual complaints, ordered several times from them.
My only dislike about ordering from LymeHerbs is that the delivery take so long but that is not their fault, the country is just located far away. They have most everything that I have worked for which has not been easy to find elsewhere. The prices are reasonable, especially compared to local places. I truly have no complaints. I have ordered several times from them, probably about 6, and I will keep ordering.

Please accept our apologies for the late response. According to our shipping policy, we offer free shipping for orders to European countries that exceed 270 EUR. This free shipping applies to regular shipping, not express. The order you placed was below this threshold, which means it was not eligible for free shipping.
Nevertheless, we acknowledge that we should have either cancelled the order or refunded the additional amount you paid for express shipping. At the time you wrote to us, we were experiencing severe technical issues with our email server, resulting in thousands of spam emails in our inbox. Unfortunately, we must have overlooked your email, for which we apologize.
To compensate you for our failure to respond to your email, we will reimburse you the full cost of the shipping you paid.

Is it Japanese knotweed?
I ordered Japanese knotweed to treat my Lyme disease. The powder tastes very similar Maca root powder. Google search shows that the knotweed should have sour/tangy taste similar to its relative rhubarb. But it does not taste like that. Please understand that selling these kind of products you are putting peoples health in danger. I really hope that you are not packaging products and selling them under different names.
