Ridiculous delay (from 2-5 days it took 14 days)
I had ordered a product from their site and it was to be delivered by a Greek Courier service in 2 to 5 days.
The order was placed on the 9th of May. On the 12th it finally left the warehouse and started its travel. It visited every country between Poland and Greece and with several stops on the way. On the 15th it was in Slovenia, resting for a couple of days, so I wrote an email asking to see if there was anything Lymeherbs has to say about the parcel actually not arriving in the next day (5 working days plus a weekend from the date of order placement). I received a reply in my email on the 19th, telling me that they asked the Courier, and another reply on the 20th saying that the parcel left Romania (I already knew that because I could track the parcel).
There was never an email explaining why there was such a big delay, or even saying they are sorry for any reason at all...

We fully acknowledge that we fell short in keeping you informed, and we take full responsibility for this oversight. Typically, orders placed before 12:00 are processed on the same or next business day, but as May 10th and 11th were weekend days, this impacted our processing timeline.
We were unable to provide timely updates on your delivery, as the courier did not respond to our inquiries. This does not excuse our delayed communication, and we sincerely regret any frustration this caused you.
While the standard delivery time for European orders is two to five business days, as stated by couriers, this is not guaranteed for standard shipments.
We are truly sorry for the extended delivery time you experienced, and we are committed to improving our processes to prevent this in the future.
