Der Service war gut die Qualität der Möbel eher mittelmäßig.

We went on-line and selected our furniture. When we received the contract, substitutions were made without notifying us. We did not like the substitutions and wouldn't have realized they had been made if we hadn't read the contract carefully. 1) in the age of technology, take items off the website that are not available. 2) Notify the customer that certain items are unavailable and let them choose alternatives. Do not unilaterally make the decision and then fail to inform the client. We ultimately agreed to lease for 6 months and replaced the rental furniture with furniture we purchased at IKEA. That furniture was far more comfortable and and attractive.

I am happy to write this review after a job well done. A few weeks ago, I contacted this company as I was moving into an unfurnished flat in Berlin and had the need for a bed. I am an American living in Berlin for work and while I purchased some things for the flat, I didn‘t want to invest heavily into a new bed/mattress just yet and decided that renting one was suitable for me.

I am sure that this company usually is working with customers that are ordering/renting much more than me (1 item basically), yet the customer service remained top notch including the sales team, planning team and the delivery team!

It was smooth and easy to work with this company and the delivery team was sitting outside of my flat unloading the bed a half-hour before the 3 hour delivery window started.

The time and follow up throughout the entire process remained consistent and I would highly recommend anyone considering this company to place them above all else.

For expats like me working abroad, I have worked with agents, relocation companies, etc... several times and this was by far my best experience.

I have worked with them on a small project and it was very pleasant. The communication was easy and to the point. There were no difficulties, the work was done quickly. Can recommend.

4 Wochen haben wir in der Nähe von München mit einer 4köpfigen Familie in Mietmöbeln von FLC verbracht auf Grund des Umzugs USA-Deutschland (bis der Container mit unseren Möbeln ankam) Im großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden, die Ausstattung war ok, aber zum Teil sah man doch deutlich, dass sie schon viele Male eingesetzt wurden. Das Bettzeug ist super synthetisch, was unangenehm ist für 4 Wochen.
Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Frau Jonderko war großartig! Sehr entgegenkommend, immer freundlich und bemüht, in unserem Sinne alles zu organisieren. Dass es nicht in allen Punkten klappte, war nicht ihr Verschulden. Bei der Abholung, die sich auf Grund von Verzögerung unserer Containeranlieferung recht kurzfristig nach hinten verschob, kam man uns sehr entgegen mit einer Wochenendabholung! Das war großartig!) Die Kollegen hier bei uns im Haus waren leider nicht sehr freundlich, eher sogar schon pampig, was sehr schade ist für das Image des Unternehmens. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden mit dem Gesamtpaket.

Die Möbel werden sehr sensibel ausgewählt, die Lieferung und das Einstellen der Möbel erfolgt sehr fachmännisch, ohne Schäden mit viel „Gefühl“.
