Ordered my 2nd paddle from luzz and had…

Ordered my 2nd paddle from luzz and had some issues with the handle, I reached out to customer service and they sent me a brand new paddle. They are not a scam and their products are great. They are clearly not located in America so response time is a little off but be patient and they pull through for solid customer service.

Fast response and flexible

I was unsure about a bag and wanted to return them but the team at Luzz pickle was really nice and able to send me a replacement bag free of charge. Rare to have such flexible and amazing customer service. I also have their inferno paddle and it’s the best paddle I’ve used

My first Luzz paddle played great....

My first Luzz paddle played great. Ordered the same paddle again a year later after wearing out my first one, but the new one was terrible. Had no action off the paddle, so I contacted customer support via email. Got a reponse within a day, and after several more emails back and forth, they agreed to send me a return shipping label and would either replace the paddle or refund, my choice. Shipping label never came. Reached out to them again, was told the shipping label would be shipped out, never came. At this point, I believe they don't stand behind their product and are just stringing me along until I get fed up and quit bothering them. So word to the wise, hope you don't need their customer support if you purchase a Luzz paddle.

Buyer Beware

READ BEFORE BUYING!!!! Be aware, when purchasing their paddles, they have a 30 day return policy. In that, if you do anything besides lightly bounce the ball on the paddle, they won’t accept the paddle for return and/or exchange. I hit a ball 4-5 times and didn’t like the feel, and immediately emailed to return. They asked for pics and the paddle had marks from the ball on the face and they denied the return. This would be the same as trying on shoes and not being allowed to walk in them. Or go sit in a car but not test drive it.

Luzz Pickleball. Is it a scam??

I ordered the Luzz pickleball Kung Fu Panda Cannon T700 Carbon Friction Surface paddle on 10/20. The order went through and I saw a charge of $101.15 to my credit card statement. HOWEVER, I never received a confirmation, nor any kind of acknowledgement for the order.
I sent a message via "Contact Us" on Luzz website, but didn't get any response. I tried to call the 2 numbers listed on their website, one has the area code (208) which is in Idaho, but it said, the subscriber is not in service. I called the other number +86 (seems like in China), but I immediately got declined. The mailing address yet in Fremont, California.
Is it a scam??
Can you provide status update on my order?
and don't ask me the order number, because I don't know it as I never received any confirmation with the order number.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

Extremely Frustrating Experience – Would Not Recommend!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service. According to their website, shipments to my country are supposed to take 2-3 days, but it’s now been 7 days, and I still don’t have my package.

I reached out to their support team hoping for an update, but all I received were generic, automated responses – no real assistance whatsoever. They keep claiming they are “following up,” but there’s been absolutely no follow-up. This is incredibly frustrating.

It’s also worth mentioning that their system for shipping products is a mess, and they use YunExpress instead of more reliable carriers like DHL or UPS, despite what their website suggests. If I had known, I would have never trusted this company with my order.

I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone. The lack of communication and the poor shipping system is a huge letdown.

WILL NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS! Even if it's a quality issue!

I'm trying to return this pickleball tote as it does NOT stand up on it's own whatsoever, as their website indicates. Sent them an email, they won't refund shipping charges unless it's a QUALITY issue. Well, I DEFINITELY consider this a quality issue. Emailed them again... haven't heard back.

I made an order for the paddle and once i received paddle it turned out not the way I thought so I send a numerious emails asking for a return lable. This company referred me to the shipping logistic people and they asked me to go back to the luzzpickleball. Finally, I have to pay my own money to return this item. Recommended to someone don't do business with luzzpickleball.
