Great products, but not so great exchange procedure
I purchased a Pickleball paddle that I loved. I went back on their website and purchased a Pickleball shoulder tote bag. When I received it, I thought the cream color was much too yellow. I contacted the company to exchange my shoulder tote for the exact same bag in black. I sent all of the pictures showing it was never used and was issued an exchange. I spent several weeks of emails and live chats back and forth trying to exchange my bag. At that point, I wrote a review on Trustpilot describing my experience. I quickly received another email apologizing and offering me two free products for the inconvenience. I was asked to remove my review from Trust pilot, send the original bag back with a shipping label, and forward a tracking number to Luzz. I did all of that, waited 10 days, and was sent the wrong bag!! I do not understand how so many errors can be made on one exchange. At this point, I asked for a complete refund because it has been over a month since I ordered the bag and have tried to receive the correct bag. Luzz has great products, but be 100% sure of your purchase before ordering, because their exchange policy is exhausting, slow, and filled with errors.

Awesome company, I have their luzz cannon paddle. The edge guard come a little off. They’re quickly to assist me with the replacement. Honestly, the paddle was so good and offer unbeatable value as I have use all the big brand paddle, but the luzz is my main now. I will definitely be a luzz customer for life.

The customer service is very helpful. They go above and beyond to meet your needs with still being loyal and fair to the company. Donna a customer service representative was so nice and friendly. Staying on the phone with me for 28 minutes to help me with a warranty issue. Not only is this brand great at making paddles they are great at hiring. Good Job luzz!

Super cute. Super light. 1st pickleball paddle & while I'm nowhere near experienced enough to tell the dif between a great/bad paddle, I can confidently say that this 1 is a good 1.
I've no issues handling it & have been able to practice my serves/hits against my more experienced moots. i'm also EXTREMELY happy that they made a cute green one & offer more cute colors/designs. Too many brands I looked at for my 1st paddle were SO incredibly boring &/or ugly.
Price point is also beginner friendly! I'll be back for more Luzz paddles once I get bettter :)

I love my inferno paddles. I bought two , the blue and the purple. They both were great paddles. The surface is rough so give me a good spine and the technology are so good, give me control when I hit the ball. Highly recommended!!!
