I can only conclude that this is a scam website. I ordered a CD player and was sent a white noise machine. The phone number on the website is not in use and there has been no reply from the email address listed either. I will happily amend my review should the company get in touch and provide the item I have paid for or refund me in full.

This has to be the worse shipping/purchase experience I have ever encountered. The product was nothing like advertised. It literally took a month to get here. Very disappointed and concerned for future customers. I will not order from this company again.

I only put 1 star cuz there is nothing lower. Bought magnifying glasses for a Xmas present. Total garbage. Then they tell me that I have to pay to return them to China. Scam all the way selling dollar store crap at 20 times the price. DO NOT BUY FRO. THESE THEIFS

This has been an absolute nightmare company . I am still waiting for my refund 8 weeks later . It’s a scam
Does anyone know who their governing body is ?
I will be reporting them to the financial ombudsman although I’m not sure if they can help as it’s not registered in the U.K.

I have ordered a coat and tracked my parcel through the Shop app. The tracking shows contradictory updates (marked delivered, then later at a sorting centre and out for delivery). I have not received this item. After several attempts at emailing the company and trying to contact them via a number which does not exist I would say this company is a scam and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Can’t give a zero sadly. Wish I’d done my due diligence before ordering.
Really cheap version of the described product direct from China.
Tried to return but they wouldn’t reply to my request email. My bank suggested a chargeback. They replied to me then! Rude and threatening me with legal action! Never in my life have I experienced such appalling service. Avoid at all costs people.

Ordered Christmas present on the 6th Dec and still hasn’t arrived tried contacting the company and I’m getting nowhere with them very disappointing

I placed an order over two months ago and the item has never been delivered. Since then, I have sent several emails attempting to contact the company and resolve the issue, but I have received no response whatsoever.

There is no effective customer service, no meaningful communication, and no accountability. At this point, I have paid for a product that has simply not arrived, and all attempts to make contact have been ignored.

This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this website and strongly advise others to be cautious.

The item, a "heavy duty" log splitter was heavily overpriced and with poor build quality. To return an item you need to ship back to China at your expense. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this site.

My order was paid for but never received. I emailed twice and was told it had been delivered, I asked for evidence of this but nothing was produced and tracking number was nonsensical. telephone number was not valid

Items are sent from China and in my case were misrepresented on their website. If you discover a problem with the product they try to first offer you a discount. If you decline you are asked to ship the item to China at your cost. Website claims they are based in the Netherlands - no mention of needing to return to China. Their number is a UK mobile but didn't work when I tried to query my purchase. When emailing, you are responded to by a gmail account as it seems their info email address is inbound only. I have a gut feeling this shop is fully operating from China which is not a bad thing if they are transparent about what they are selling, where it's coming from and the expectations for the customer if they wish to return a faulty item.

Sadly, I only read the reviews about this company and looked into their details after I had ordered lights from them 2 months ago. The website looks very credible. The lights have never arrived and despite email exchanges, similar to those described by others, I have not received a requested refund or my goods. One colour light is no longer available and the other has allegedly been shipped. No tracking information available. Strongly advise against using this company and I intend to report them so that other people are not caught out in the same way.

Told I pay the "high return cost to China" and "I"
provide "them , with a tracking number and shipping number , so they do not do not produce more paper."
Their words , not mine .
Told 3 times I could have 10/20/30% refund and keep the item ,( not called the broken item) , or give it as a gift to family or friends .
Website refers on return labels, I have an email stating return label, then told they do not supply return labels .
Claim they cannot open my video they requested
I send , to confirm fault in product .
Anybody wish to form a group and hammer to death this cowboy outfit?/wipe their website!
I guess they are a "Shipping Outfit", hold no stock, operate from Suppliers in China, anything goes wrong , not interested and you pick up the costs .

SCAM!!! Do not buy from this fraudulent company! Took £150 off me! No confirmation email, no order number. Cannot get in touch with anyone from this company! Will be reporting to trading standards.
