I wish I went on here before I ordered! Delivery was longer than expected so it was too late for when I needed the item. I have tried to contact the company numerous times with no response. I ended up sending the item back, paid £12 delivery for them to send the item back with no response or anything. Awful customer service as it’s non existent! I haven’t even opened the item so I can’t comment on that.

Bit apprehensive about ordering from here after reading reviews but I ordered mine and came just as described and on time! Fits so well and fantastic quality!

They never sent my item, and when I tried to contact them they don't answer their email or pick up the phone. Avoid like the plague!

This seems to be a scamming company in China.
Cheap/fake replica of advertised item, too big, doesn’t really do anything.
We mailed a handful of times, tried chatbot, nothing. Zero customer service & no way to get a return/refund.

Non existent customer service. Ordered, item arrived with no communication in between, didn’t even try it on as upon opening I could see that it wasn’t as described. The gusset area was supposed to have cross over material to help with easy toileting but was in fact just a massive gaping hole meaning I would need additional underwear & the whole body suit would need removing to go to the loo unless the underwear was worn over the top, not likely to get the seamless look I had hoped for. You have to contact them to arrange a return however I have sent 4 emails & 3 messages on their chat service but they have ignored them all so I’ve had to report a problem to Klarna & hope it can be sorted but I would not recommend them or ever use again.

Ordered 3 items, website said 3 -5 days for arrival, they never arrived. Emailed them several times and used the chat webbot, no response. SCAMMERS

The item I received is great, does what it says and true to size! Happy with the product I ordered and was delivered within the 3-5 days as specified.

However, their customer service and contact with you is shocking and non-existent. I didn’t even know the item had been shipped, I received it and was very surprised!

If I’d wanted a refund I’m not sure I would’ve got one, as they don’t respond to their chatbot service on their website, emails, phone calls or instagram messages/comments.

Item took a while to be delivered, with no tracking updates. I emailed on the day of delivery to request a return/refund, no response. I have tried to use their website chat twice with no response as well as message their Facebook page, again with no response.

Ordered an item, promised delivery within 3-5 days. ITEM NEVER ARRIVED. Tried contacting support multiple times, and absolutely no response.

Obviously a scam or fake website. Unsure how to claim my money back, DO NOT PURCHASE.

Item size was wrong and requested a refund to their “support” email (multiple times) and there’s never a response. Tried the chat too and no response. Never use them, conning fraudsters!!

I ordered from this company my item arrived on the 11/05/2024 I promptly emailed them on the same day when I realised that I would need to return this item. I received an email from them to say expect us to contact you within 72 hours I’m still waiting for contact. Also to get any opportunity of a refund your item needs to be returned within 30 days but you are unable to return it without this company sending you the details on how to return it. Total scam in my opinion I will be trying to get my money back I bought this to wear under my wedding dress it’s now too late as I get married in 2 weeks. I had to purchase from somewhere else but I’m still out of pocket not impressed at all customer service absolutely shocking

Wouldn’t even give them a 1 star, don’t order from this company if you are prepared to keep the item regardless if the item doesn’t fit etc… you have to email there ‘support’ email address to request a return to which they do not respond. Therefore you have no way of returning items back to them. I highly recommend not buying from this so called company!!

Amazing Shapewear at affordable prices. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to get the hourglass figure. I bought the boned sculpt shaper for my wife and it does the job.

Think it's a scam I spent 125£ on 1st may and it said 3-5 days until delivery don't have it. Customer service ignore messages. Will be trying to reclaim my money .
