I choose this company because they said they deliver in 1-2 days, and the prices were good. I made my order on the 14th Oct, I waited until the 21st but nothing arrived, despite receiving an email on the 16th to say they had been dispatched. I called on the 21st (from a phone not associated to the order) and was told that DHL had lost the order. They said they would resend the order and I should receive it on the 23rd, they would let me know when the order was picked up and that it would be tracked so that I knew when to expect it. It is now the 23rd and I have heard nothing further. I have tried to phone (10 or 12 times) and no answer. I think they check the phone number ringing them & don't answer if the phone number corresponds to an order that hasn't been delivered!
Note that this company has the same contact details as Tiles Decor !!
Addendum 26th Oct - Since posting this review I have had no problem when phoning them. After a further 3 calls my order is still in Germany and will probably arrive in 4 or 5 days, but no guarantees. I've cancelled the order with their agreement and should receive a full refund, plus an additional £10 if I remove the review from Trustpilot!!
If you do want to order from Luxury Tiles UK or from Tiles Decor then I suggest ringing them first to see if the items you want are in stock.

Ordered and paid for Tiles to be delivered to Ireland - order cancelled as they don't deliver porcelain tiles to Ireland! Good point was the refund was back in my account within 2 days. I reordered them as I was travelling to UK and could pick them up. Tiles arrived in bits!! Not just a few cracks but literally in pieces. I am not surprised they arrived that way as there was absolutely no packaging around the tiles and had just been thrown into a large brown box. Considering they wouldn't deliver to Ireland in case a breakages this is a bit of a joke! An email was sent to the company with photos and it took days for them to come back to agree to a refund. I expected the refund in my account within the 2 days again - here I am a week later and still nothing! I received an email nearly a week ago to say it should be in my account within 2-3 working days yet still nothing. I was going to order the tiles again but after this experience NEVER AGAIN!

Zero stars!. Customer service is hopeless; don't do what they were supposed to do. 1 pack of tiles all smashed so asked for a full refund. This has been twice I've rung them to tell them to come and fetch them. Won't refund until had tiles back. Wanted to refund for 1 pack; what's the point in doing that if you've ordered right amount to do the job!! Will never use these again.

This company deserves zero stars - this is the worst experience I've had buying anything online - I cannot even begin to explain the amount of distress and upset buying from this company has caused myself and my husband. I don't even know where to begin with the saga but to summarise - delivery dates changed, tiles missing from my order, lies told about the whereabouts of my Tiles, broken tiles in my order, missing Tiles finally delivered from a completely different company which I could have bought directly from at £10 per square metre cheaper, said Tiles were a completely different batch number ( not noticed by my tiler and look awful on the wall ), company refusing to do anything about this, another set of tiles in the order were nothing like the photograph on the website. They were supposed to have a white background. I checked with the company by phone they assured me they were white ( they are a pale grey/yellow ), constant lies and fobbing off when we phone up to try and sort out the problems which they dragged out and then threw at us that we were out of our 28 day returns date !! The manager Alex is the worst he called my husband 'mate'. Very unprofessional.!! If you want to buy good quality Tiles which are represented correctly on the company website do not use this company !! Do your homework and research this company before you go any further with any purchase !

Just received our swimming pool mosaic tiles for our new spa project in London. We are very satisfied with the outcome and customer service of luxury tiles.

Really pleased with how the mosaic came out, had a really positive experience with the staff.

Don’t order from here if you need tiles. They don’t reply to emails or answer the phones. After weeks of chasing I finally got a refund. They said they would send part of the order anyway as a good Will gesture - they’ve sent the wrong flipping tiles! What a waste of time. Avoid.

Ordered gold wall mosaics for our lounge in Germany got it delivered within 3 days excellent customer service and product.

Do not buy from this company.

I placed an order on Thursday the 25th of April. The website advertises one to two working days delivery and showed the tiles as being in stock. The tiles should have arrived by Tuesday the 30th of April at the latest but no delivery arrived. I was assured after three phone calls to their office on Tuesday that the order was with DHL and I would receive tracking information later that day and the tiles would arrive on Wednesday. I received no tracking information and so called the office again on Wednesday.

Again I was reassured the tiles were with DHL and they would be with me by Thursday definitely. The manager assured me the tiles were on their way and be with me the next day. He could not provide me any tracking information or shipment details for me to enquire with DHL. The manager asked me to wait until lunchtime on Thursday and assured me he would be watching my case and have tracking information for me by then although also said the tiles would be with me on Thursday.

By Thursday lunch time I still had no tiles and no tracking information and I had spoken to DHL who confirmed there was nothing in their system to be delivered to my address and if there were there would be a shipping number to be able to track the order. The manager did not answer my calls on Thursday.

I spoke to Chris in the office who said Alex was unavailable until the afternoon. Chris could still not get me any tracking information and agreed to cancel my order because it was two days overdue with no sign of appearing and still no tracking information and I relayed that DHL had informed me they had nothing on their system for me. He told me he could only relay what their warehouse in Germany had told them. I received an email confirming the order had been cancelled and was told by Chris I would have the refund within 24 hours.

I waited 24 hours but had no refund

I called and spoke to Alex, the manager again on Friday who told me because I cancelled the order I would have to wait until the order had been received back at the warehouse. I dispute the claim I cancelled the order, the company failed to deliver my tiles on time or provide any confirmation they had even been shipped. I've still had no tracking information to confirm the order even left the warehouse. I was told he would provide me by the end of day the shipment number and tracking information for this order so that I can see when it arrives back at the warehouse.

I've had to raise a dispute with PayPal to get my refund. If you do decide to put your faith in them make sure you pay by PayPal or credit card.

Fast forward to the next week, not answering my calls, not responding to my email. I've asked for proof the tiles left their warehouse in Germany but not received any proof.

Lastly I was told by Chris that my tiles were stocked in their German warehouse so I'm considering contacting trading standards. They falsely advertise the tiles being delivered in 1-2 working days when the stock is in Germany. With having to go through customs and ship from Germany there's no way it could arrive in 1-2 working days.

Do not trust luxury tiles

Very poor service, marked order as shipped and then did not respond to any chaser emails, calls or voicemail. Waiting to get refund. Don’t buy from this company it’s a scam!

This is my second time of ordering samples from this company the first time I waited a week for my samples but after an email I did receive my order so that’s why I ordered more samples thinking that I would receive them how very wrong was I.
I ordered samples on 28th March I waited a week no response I have telephoned serval times on one occasion I was told someone would call me back had no response I have emailed four times no response.
No customer service at all would not recommend this company

Ordered tiles to be delivered within 1-2 days and they hadn’t arrived after a week. Emailed and called with no response. Was told I’d get a call back but never did. I need the tiles replaced as I have a young son and the downstairs toilet is out of bounds. The job has now taken a lot longer than anticipated which is a real inconvenience. Feels like a very unprofessional company.

Very poor customer experience. No information on delivery. Very slow response on email without requested information. No one responds when called. No information on courier or delivery beyond 'shipped'. We are still waiting for our order. Disappointing. I don't think they are good value either.

Disappointing. Order placed for 1-2 days delivery service. Recieved delivery notification a week later for 7am to 9pm delivery! After chasing and emailing several times as builders were waiting for the tiles, I was told around 4pm 'The warehouse notified me that there was a breakage during delivery and the order must be resend. This should be delivered by latest Thursday'. Then I was told item is discontinued so the order was cancelled!
