I wish I could give it 0 stars! My experience has been endlessly negative. Over the years (I should’ve closed it sooner) I’ve had quite possible the worst customer service, illegal acts taken by CS agents, and zero flexibility to work with existing cutscenes for retention. Firstly, the customer service team is not afraid to take advantage of you in a borderline scam-like manner. For example, when I protested the annual fee going up without good reason, a rep closed my account without ever reading me a disclosure and I never mentioned anything of the sort (this isn’t cleanly legal). There are much much better cards out there! Save your money, I wish I hadn’t wasted so much here and I hope they dissolve sooner than later. If you’re a current card holder I suggest you follow along in the exodus from here, and if you’re new looking at the cards… go anywhere else! Amex and Chase offers much much better everything and you’ll have real customer service and loyalty still somewhat means something over there.
