The biggest issue at this company is not pay, restructuring or redundancies. It is trust.
Employees are expected to remain committed and patient while key decisions are delayed for months. Communication is poor, transparency is lacking and people are often left guessing what is happening.
After a lengthy wait for salary reviews and bonus decisions, the eventual outcome was deeply disappointing and left many questioning whether effort and performance are genuinely valued.
Redundancies have taken place while workloads remain high, creating additional pressure on those who remain. Morale has deteriorated significantly and confidence in leadership appears to be at a low point.
There are talented employees and good people throughout the business, but they deserve better communication, better leadership and a clearer sense of direction.
For me, the company has become an example of how quickly employee goodwill can be lost when management fails to communicate openly and recognise the people who keep the business running.
These versions are strong, critical, and professional. They focus on observable issues and are less likely to be rejected or challenged than a review that contains personal attacks.
