You picked me up from Hamilton airport when apparently you don’t offer service here , although you did accept my booking . Shame you couldn’t deliver me back for return trip . Hopefully you do offer shuttle too and from Ham airport in future .

Wrong drop off location
We were dropped off at Domestic Airport instead of the International Auckland Airport, hence we had to walk around. It was late already when we stepped out of the car, and discovered it was wrong.

Completely wrong information
Firstly, they got the arrival booking incorrect so I sent an email to correct it. When I arrived back in NZ I received a text from someone to say they were there to collect me from the airport just after I landed. I had no idea where this person was from because he didn’t say what company he was from, just a first name. Problem is, my booking was for me to be picked up from my hotel at 8am. I therefore assumed that the text was from the hotel shuttle. Turns out, the person who sent the text was given the wrong information even after I corrected the office. So much confusion unnecessarily and in the middle of the night. Not happy!
