I’m very happy with the service. I received a message well ahead of my arrival with the information about the driver and where he was going to be located. The driver was waiting for me at the airport. He was very kind and professional. Excellent service overall. I will definitely use this service again.

You guys help my senior mum when her flight arrives earlier than the sched. You accomodate her on an earlier trip to tauranga. I am soo grateful for that. Thank you so much for extending your help to her.

You were a life saver, after my delayed flights and canceled flights, to come through arrival doors and find your driver, I asked if he could fit me on board, he was so helpful, then lady he rang to book me, 10 out of 10. The relief knowing I was going home, not having to stay in Auckland and flying next day was huge.

Mike was our friendly helpful driver, so nice to sit back relax and catch up on sleep.
My flight arrived 5pm, so was a little anxious when I couldn't see a shuttle driver as per instructions. Phoned the contact number no joy was after 5pm. I would have liked a heads up that the driver does not arrive at meet point till 6ish.

On time very helpful kept me up to date with picking up with clear directions for meeting.Thsnk you very much.

Comfortable and affordable

The company were very helpful on the phone when booking my travel arramgements.
The driver arrived on time and was a very pleasant gentleman who helped me with my cases. We had a great trip up to Auckland and I arrived in plenty of time for my international flight. Excellent all round.

Really friendly, helpful & polite driver on my trip from Auckland to Tauranga

Drivers were very professional and pleasant on both collection from and return to airport.
Only problem was a communication issue with office.
As collection was at 0230 the driver needed a gate code for access to where i was to be picked up. I phoned during office hours the day before collection, got answer phone. Left voice messages with code and my phone number, as didn’t get a return call assumed all was ok. Driver hasn’t been given the code, i was called by a curt sounding person asking for the code.
If I use service again I’ll ensure to give clear note about the access code.
