I ordered 3 kits and only 1 arrived not one email response yet !!

I placed my first order with Luxe Cosmetics after spending a long time researching different lash lift and brow lamination kits. I was really excited to try the products.

I ordered the Lash Lift & Brow Lamination Bundle and selected 2 sets, along with a Tint Kit. My basket and order confirmation also showed that I would receive a free Brow Lamination Kit as part of the promotion.

When my order arrived just over a week later, I only received 1 Lash Lift & Brow Lamination set and the Tint Kit. The second set I paid for was missing, and the free Brow Lamination Kit shown on my order confirmation was also not included.

I contacted customer service immediately but only received an automated AI response. At the time of writing, I have still received no substantive reply or resolution.

I am due to go on holiday very soon and specifically ordered in advance to ensure everything would arrive in time. Instead, I have been left without the products I paid for and with no meaningful response from customer service.

I would like either:

• the missing items to be dispatched by priority delivery so they arrive before my holiday, or

• a refund for the items that were not supplied.

So far, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I paid for 2 sets but received only 1, and the free Brow Lamination Kit listed on my order confirmation was also missing. I hope Luxe Cosmetics resolves this promptly, and I will happily update this review if they do.

My order never came and they are ignoring my emails. Swear it's a scam site

I ordered 2 kits. They posted them. Inside one of them were packed incorrect items. I contacted them and send photo evidence. They offered to send a replacement kit once I confirm the address. I did. And then they requested more information until eventually they just stopped responding and never actually sent the kit. On top of that, the quality of product has massively slipped. It's cheap stickers for the lash kit, not silicone pads as it previously was and is still advertised as such on the website. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend.

Absolute scam!!
Waited ages and product was still being “prepared” I asked for their promised “immediate refund” and was told my request was being assessed. I’ve sent multiple emails demanding a refund and have been told that an agent would contact me in 24 to 48 hrs… i waited they didn’t contact me and after emailing again get told if I email again they will go to the end of the Queue.

Very professional service, the packaging was secure and attractive. The products are high quality and provide excellent results with regular use.

I am impressed with the quality and effectiveness of the products. Shipping was fast and the entire shopping experience was smooth and hassle free.

The result is so far from what they show in their advertisements. I was really excited about my order, but it turned out to be so disappointing. The pads and glue don't stick properly, which made the whole process difficult and frustrating. I followed the instructions carefully, but still didn't work. The result look like nothing happened at all. It honestly a waste of money and time. I expected better quality based on the reviews, but this was really underwhelming.

I ordered two sets of eyelash serums but received an eyebrow serum instead. Since then I’ve been going back and forth with customer service around 14 times and they still can’t seem to understand the problem. Four weeks later they finally sent a return address — with no phone number or email — which is useless when you need to confirm return details and get a return label. I’ve been chasing them for days with no response. Absolutely unacceptable customer service, zero accountability, and it feels like a complete scam. Do not order from this company until they fix their returns process and actually train their support team.

Absolutely terrible customer service, I’ve tried to do a return so I’ve emailed THREE times and had 0 response. I’ve messaged them on Facebook and it is just an auto bot telling me to email them which I already have. Would AVOID

Complete scam, they'll take your money and never send anything and then never respond to emails.

Absolutely shocking! The product did not work at all. I have tried contacting them for a refund and they haven’t replied to any of my emails. I really wouldn’t recommend this product. I want a refund!!!!!

Disgraceful customer service - no replies no communication and no products arrived - but money taken - avoid !!!

AVOiD AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!Do not buy, ships from china,and that’s IF they an actually ship it ignores cancellation and refund emails, tracking a totally made up, have had to go via bank for a charge back, turns off all bad comments on insta!! Please all report all ads you see from them! Should be banned from site!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I wish i can give less then 1 star!

I placed an order on 2nd August and only received it on 15th August. The item was shipped from China (which was not made clear when ordering) and even sat in an Asian food shop for days before being delivered.

I do not wish to use the product — it is still unopened — and I requested a return and refund. However, the company has not responded to my emails, and there is no phone number listed on their website to contact them.

Very disappointing customer service. I am now looking into how to report the company.

Placed an order this morning but havent recieved my confirmation email. Emailed them to get a auto response. Messaged them on instagram. They keep reading my messages but not responding. I have asked them to cancel my order, but again they have read my message but not responding. Wouldn't recommend this s**t show to anyone. Now going through my bank to cancel the transaction

Item took a bit longer then expected to arrive, but i was kept updated onthe status of my items via email and customer service responded to my enquiries very fast and were very helpful. Would use again..

This product is very good and I can see the difference in my hair only used it for two weeks.

So beautifully presented and love the superb quality of the serum. This serum actually does make eyelashes grow and I’m very impressed so much that I highly recommend it.
