I purchased their hair growth serum. Not only did they take 2 separate payments for the 1 bottle but they refused to give me a refund even though it said money back guarantee. The bottle was also almost half empty when it arrived. Will not buy again and if you are wanting a hair growth serum I strongly advise to shop elsewhere!

No delivery information after 13 days, when trying to track it said order not found. Very poor customer service response. Would not recommend the buying from these. I’m sorry I didn’t look at the reviews before buying.

6th June - no follow up despite saying they would look into it and no refund despite saying I would be refunded! The saga continues………….

Please note I was contacted by Luxe Cosmetics in Germany as I had originally left a review on their page, which I have since deleted, however my issue was with Luxe US, please pick the correct Luxe as it can affect a brands reputation.

HORRIBLE customer service! I tried to return their primer because it was all water when it came and after an email saying that they would get back to me within 48 hours, I was never contacted. All phone numbers that I could find was disconnected!

I just tried mine for the first time. It's definitely NOT anything they advertise. It's no different than any other makeup. Kind of a rip off though because Cover Girl does the same thing at a fraction of the cost.

The website is easy to use, checkout was quick, and delivery was faster than expected. The products are effective and feel premium, making this a great overall shopping experience.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered, received a confirmation email with no order number. Contacted the company 10 days later when there was still no update, at which point they sent an order number and tracking number, no apology. They hadn't even started to process the order at this point. Took 3 weeks to arrive to me in Canada and customs charged another $31.25. Customs charges to Canada are not disclosed on their website, so I thought it was all included. Sent the company an email, but really not expecting any sort of response, compensation or apology. They haven't been very helpful thus far. Will not order from them again.

Terrible customer service. My order took far longer than the shipping times advertised on the website, and despite sending multiple emails, I received zero help or communication. On top of that, I was charged an additional $30 in customs fees that were never clearly disclosed when I placed my order.

The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. Between the delays, poor communication, and unexpected charges, this has been a complete disappointment. I will never order from Luxe again and will absolutely be warning my friends and family about my experience.

Smooth checkout process and fast shipping, the products are high quality and worth the price I paid.

Significant delays, customer service is poor. No one can cancel your order, they have to get another team to do it. Finding someone to say they can cancel your order & provide a refund is impossible. I found I could do it on the website. Fingers crossed it worked!

I placed my order in March 2026 and we are now about to go into June. My order hasn’t arrived and nobody replies to my emails! Absolutely shocking service and I will never buy from them again.

Ordered on the 1st March. I have not received my package nor have I received any response to several emails.

Order kept getting delayed. After 6 weeks gave up waiting & just cancelled. Total runaround trying to get my refund. Customer service is constant lies with standard lie of "we'll get back to you in 24 hours"
NEVER happens. I am disputing this charge with credit card company & filing a complaint wirh BBB. BUYER BEWARE! I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SUBSTANDARD & INFERIOR COMPANY AGAIN!

Great experience overall, the products are well made and easy to use. Shipping was quick and everything arrived in excellent condition without any issues.

Made an order. Never received anything. Emailed them, no reply. Seems I’m not the only one. Please don’t waste your time with this company! Seems like a total scam to me.

Been waiting 6 weeks for shipping information. Multiple emails unanswered. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.

The website is simple and easy to navigate, ordering was quick and the delivery was right on time.
