LUVO Candles Omdömen 

Your candles and diffusers used to last so long, but not anymore, unfortunately. If so why to buy your products?? This time bought candles, do not really smell when lightened. On Christmas market I bought diffuser. Nothing like before.

Still haven’t received my order and it’s been more than two weeks .
A little long for a local delivery…

I was very excited to receive my Luvo order! The products are beautiful! Packaging could be better as there was a small about of leaking onto the packing paper.

Luvo's fragrance oils are quite a hit among my friends and family. Their smell are delicate, refined and never overwhelming or headache inducing which is very important to me. Antoine was available to prep a custom order for me and even threw in a kind surprise in my delivery bag. 100% recommend !!!

Took about a month to get products, but love them.

I ordered a candle in early December. Three weeks later, I still had not received the candle although I live in Montreal. I wrote to cancel the order and be reimbursed. I never got a reply and never got reimbursed. Anne-Marie

I enjoy the good quality scissor trimmer and mini candle. I was pleasantly surprised by a free scented medallian which they gifted me with. I hanged a scented medallian in my closet. It was very pleasant soft floral scent.

Only a reason that I take one star off is the shipping delay. It was understandable that a shipping delay is due to a holiday season. I'm sure that I would give five stars if I order during non-holiday season, and it would be faster shipping.

Overall, it was very pleasant experience to order the items from Luvo Candle.

love the products I received but one of them didn’t have the etiquette and it wasn’t the scent I purchased. Compared to the other one, which had the name of the product and everything, it seemed a bit unprofessional.

I purchased many pendants for gifts for my visiting home country. It was very pleasant to deal with Antoine. He was very professional. It was easy to communicate with him and the preparation was very fast. Especially I like scented pendants for myself as well as for gifts to offer. It is very easy to carry but very elegant.

Firstly, the website: super easy to use.

Secondly, the delivery. I would have liked a bit more of a heads up on the delivery ETA so I could be home, but that's OK. The delivery person actually made sure to bring it all the way to my unit door - most delivery people abandon it underneath the intercom, and things get stolen from the entrance all the time.
