Got my order confirmation and later an email about the chair being shipped to me. Missed the delivery and then found that the website no longer exists when I tried to follow up.

Ordered a huggsy chair through an ad on Facebook. Paid extra for the shipment cover. The link for tracking my delivery then expired.
A few days later I received a tiny hair clip and a bead.
Be careful.

Fraud!!!
Ordered a chair, I received a tracking number a few days later , when I went in to check the status, it was no longer valid. I have reached out multiple times and get no reply. I do not recommend this company at all.

Big fat scam !
Like everyone else here, I fell for a scam. I ordered the Hugsy chair and received a hair clip and a pearl instead. When I complained by email, I received a huge apology and was told that the chairs were now on their way. Now the website is unavailable and emails are no longer being answered.

Scam website - Luvierahome
I ordered 2xHugsy chairs from Luviera home on the 20th November. Not received. Sent a follow up email to their support. Said they'd respond within 24hrs. Nothing. Website has now disappeared and all links to the company that originally worked are no longer valid.
Came onto Trustpilot and saw other people had also had issues.
Scam! Do not use!

SCAMMED! - So annoyed - ordered a grey hugsy chair from this website. Delivered today and received a plastic bead and a crap hair clip. Had to get hold of my bank and put in a claim and as everyone else has stated, the website is now shut down and no response either from the support email. Fuming.

Would give 0 if I could
Same experience as many others. I ordered 2 Hugsy chairs and was amazed by the discount. on their tracking tool, it said the order was received and is waiting to be dispatched. After 2 weeks I followed up through an email, they responded giving no helpful info, telling me to follow the tracking numbers (I had none). I followed up 6x, they responded with unhelpful info every time. My last email stated that this was my last attempt before canceling the order, no responses after that. I disputed with my credit card company. I also received 3 weird looking beads in a tiny envelope and couldnt pinpoint where they came from until I saw all the reviews about the same issue today. Save yourself the money, hassle and time.

I have ordered a hugsy chair, quite like the rest of the reviews for this scamming company. My money has been taken and I will not be receiving anything at all, or maybe i’ll receive a bead or small hairclip who knows! Please don’t buy anything from this company as it is unfortunately a scam.

I paid 40 euro for a huggy chair, a month later and I haven't received it. When I click on the email to check when it's going to be delivered, it says that the page no longer exists. This is clearly a scam

The Links are Invalid to the Store now, and tracking not available. Royal mails says expecting the items which is weird.
Reported to Lloyds bank and was refunded in minutes.

This is definitely a scam. I ordered a chair and not received and not site has disappeared. I now have to change my card as I can see that the money wasn’t taken . These people are after credit card details. Luckily I have a pay as you go and not my main account . Do not use
