I have had the same problem as everyone else ordered 2 chairs and received 2 beads the website has now disappeared and I’m out £60 now there are adverts for the same chairs on TikTok under the website thelabeel.com clearly the same people trying their scam even further but the creator has turned off the comments section so not to have people warn anyone else

Ordered a hugsy chair and all that was delivered was a bead. Have reported them to the bank as fraudulent.

Ordered and paid for two Hugsy chairs for Christmas and recieved 2 orange beads instead. I was unable to access the tracking number provided and emailed messages bounced back. Clearly a scam website, this was very frustrating, they deserve zero stars

Ich habe 2 Stühle bestellt für 60 Euro und habe nur 2 komische Perlen erhalten. Der Support reagiert null, Polizei kann nichts machen 🥺 die Seite die an meiner Bestätigungsmail verlinkt war, existiert nicht mehr. Ich bin so sauer und traurig zugleich 😡🥺

I ordered 2 hugsy chairs and like Jess I received two (2) beads! Until I read Jess’s review I thought I was going crazy ordering beads? I’m not a beader person. I hope these people get a big kick of KARMA in their backside!

As with others, absolute scam! I got 2 little beads!! I had no idea who had sent them as I was waiting on a couple of orders. Now all of them have arrived, I see the website has disappeared! Do not buy from Luviera!! This was for 2 hugsy chairs.

Fraud. Scammed me and what looks to be alot of others.

Had to contact my bank to get my money back, hopefully they'll sort it out for me soon.

Scam, scam, scam. As many others have said.. ordered a chair and got a hair clip and a bead. Avoid!

Ordered a char as advertised across Instagram. Got email confirmation. Wasn't dispatched. Tracking link led to error page. I emailed and it bounces back. I've lost £36!

Like others I ordered a chair from this company after seeing an advert for them on TikTok. The price seemed really good, but it was part of a Black Friday sale, so it seemed reasonable enough. I received a tracking number for the order, but when I went to check the tracking, it said that the website no longer existed. Thankfully I had seen other trustpilot reviews that confirmed it was a scam and that people had managed to get money back from their banks. I contacted Lloyds and they returned my money in less than an hour. Like others, I received a bead in the post. I’ve since seen a similar company selling the same chair, but they have turned the comments off their posts - I wonder why?

Ordered two chairs, recieved a bead and a clip. Website is down, cannot contact the company, have raised a dispute with my bank.

Again scam site all links to website removed so unable to contact to complain at non receipt so I have reported to my card company

Will be taking it up with the bank, AVOID

Ordered a chair and received a bead through Royal Mail tracking system. Website is now non existent and can’t get money back from them.

Scammed. Just need to contact credit card. Ordered and paid, then tracking number came through. Email sent but no reply. Went to check on status and site gone.

BEWARE SET AS RECURING PAYMENT! Ordered hugsy chair failed to arrive and company no longer exists. Reported to bank who advise it is set as a recuring payment. Please make sure you check with your bank.
