Lush Lobster Omdömen 

Honestly, I cannot praise Lush Lobster enough for their exceptional (100/100) customer service. I contacted them because I wanted to cancel an order, it was my mistake as I ordered some chocolates that I didn't realise until after ordering that I had an allergy to one of the ingredients. I contacted them and hoped that someone would get back to me, he did - on a weekend too!!! The way this company handled my request to cancel was absolutely brilliant. In all honesty, I've never seen the like in my 53 years!

Alex (in particular) was incredibly helpful, understanding and super responsive, making the whole process so easy and stress-free. It is refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and goes out of its way to provide such a positive experience.

Customer service like this really stands out, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Lush Lobster. Thank you for making what could have been a difficult experience so straightforward and pleasant!

I will certainly be back to order from them again! They will be the first company I think of when I next have to arrange a birthday/celebration gift of any kind! Thank you again.

Excellent customer service and lovely card. Delivered promptly.

Actually called them and spoke to a real person.. there were typing errors on the front of the card that I couldn’t change. Anyway, they sorted it and sent the card really quickly! excellent.

The AI generated, personalised card arrived in super quick time but the image was positioned a little too high, meaning the top of a head was cut off.
I got in touch with Lush Lobster and within seconds, I had a reply to say a new card was on its way.
Feeling like I might be asking too much, I replied, asking if it might be possible that the colour of one of the image details was changed.
No problem!
Not only that, I was sent a gift for *my* trouble!
The second card arrived and again - very quickly.
It is perfect.

Good communication and prompt delivery

First time I have used Lush Lobster. They have a very good selection of cards for most occasions which can be easily personalised.
I had an issue checking out but contacted the company via phone & message. They were very quick to answer an were very patient while I went through the process to resolve the issue.

Although the website isn’t customer friendly, i am glad that I persevered.

I created my own AI generated card and although I wasn’t sure what it would really look like (as you can’t enlarge), I was extremely pleased with the result. The image was super and the card is fabulous quality, I would have ordered a larger version, but there wasn’t an option.

I will most definitely be ordering again in the future.

Initially had a problem with card which was rectified when I contacted the company and Alex emailed me to first correct it and afterwards contacted me several times to check I had received card etc and was happy with it
Card is perfect thank you just what I wanted for my grandson and wouldn’t be able to buy anywhere else thank you!
