I recently had this company complete the plumbing and heating works in my property, further to a massive renovation of our whole house. The engineers they sent were very professional, knowledgeable and upon completion I received lots of tips on how to reduce my gas bills as well as maintenance advice. The back office was also very fast and supportive and all documentation including the gas certificate was sent very quickly. Overall, a great service that I highly recommend.

Just Wow!!!! I haven't dealt with someone so professional in a while! My Vaillant boiler recently got broken, and my journey to find a gas engineer began. This company wasn't the first I came across (unfortunately), and I had terrible experience with other companies not showing up or asking crazy amounts of money to repair my boiler. Then I found this company online, and thought I'd give them a call. The engineer Nick, showed up on my doorstep on the very same day I called him, to have a look into the issue and discuss prices. After his inspection and chatting about the options I have, we came to the conclusion that given the boiler age, it was much more worthwhile to invest in replacing the boiler, rather than getting it repaired. After speaking to my wife, I called him back and booked him to come and complete the replacement. He came back 2 days later, and completed the job by the end of the day. Nick, all I can say is that you are like a breath of fresh air, it is so rare to meet a young guy, so decent, knowledgable, and prompt nowadays. You definitely won me as a client for life.

I had an excellent experience with Lushi's Plumbers. My gas engineer, Nick, was very efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and changed by boiler in no time. He and his colleague came in the morning and undertook the work within the day. He even gave me some useful tips on aftercare. I received my gas safe certificate on the same evening. Overall, an excellent service that I highly recommend! I will surely be in touch in the future.
