I have had JRD out twice. They stripped everything out of my bathroom and installed a new shower cubicle, sink, toilet. Very efficient and cleared everything and left everything clear and tidy. I then had to have a new boiler, they explained well what my choices were and sourced a suitable replacement and fitted it. Very efficient company, would highly recomend them. The whole team are very polite and friendly.

Absolutely brilliant, very friendly and excellent workmanship. Kept us updated with progress. The boys cleaned up after themselves. Excellent job. Highly recommended.

JRD plumbing were recommended to me by local people from the local area . Our boiler had stopped working in the cold weather when you need it most .We had been having our boiler serviced regularly by another heating engineer.Jake came out to sort the problem , he was with us till nearly 8pm . He was shocked to find the state of the boiler which looked like it had never been serviced. He explained everything and showed my husband and myself the problem.Jake was very professional and personable.JRD are now our go to for any heating problems and servicing . I would highly recommend them .

We recently moved into a house with very poor hot water pressure so it dribbled out of the kitchen sink and a pump was needed for the shower. We saw that the issues could be solved by installing an unvented tank. This needed to be done before we remodelled the bathroom so we got in touch with JRD Plumbing following a Facebook recommendation. I admit I was a bit dubious about using a company recommended this way and that I had not heard of previously. I need not have worried as within a day or two of contacting them Jake came out to look at the job and sent me a detailed quote. On acceptance a date was confirmed and two of his team arrived ready to begin work first thing in the morning of that date. Harry and Tom were clean and tidy throughout the day, they were friendly but professional and they discussed with me exactly what they were going to be doing to make sure I was happy with every element before it was carried out. The tank was replaced and they thoroughly cleared away any mess before leaving. We now have excellent pressure and couldn’t be happier with the work carried out. I would highly recommend Jake and his team at JRD and would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again. I have already requested a quote to revamp the shower room.
