Lumexil Omdömen

Got another 30% off an order.
Waiting for my current order to arrive

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! Absolute scam.
My wife ordered a blazer from this company, expecting a high-quality item as advertised on their website. What arrived was a completely different, extremely poor-quality item that looked nothing like the pictures. I would not even accept it for free.
When we contacted customer service to request a return address in the UK and a full refund under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, they refused. Instead, they used automated templates offering an insultingly low partial refund (25%–30%) or demanded that we ship the package all the way back to China (Yiwu Cujia Trade Co.) at our own expense!
This is a classic dropshipping scam designed to make returns impossible and force customers to keep faulty, low-quality items. They pose as a legitimate UK-based shop but operate unfairly.
Do not waste your money here. If you have been scammed by them as well, skip wasting time with their "customer support" and go straight to your bank to file a chargeback dispute.

Good choice of clothing made very well for the price

The process was quick and painless. One query received email from yourselves saying I hadn't finished my transaction even though it already showed on my bank account.

I love how they offer free shipping on any order, this makes me want to keep shopping online at lumexil. Even if my orders aren't that big

I was shopping for a portable charger and found this one with torch light and solar as well as mains charging. Good price and free, quick shipping.

Poor quality, mid-represented clothing from Luxexil. Untrustworthy seller.
I ordered a “Women’s Cotton-Silk Two-Piece Set with Asymmetric Tunic”.
They sent an email straight away asking for a review in exchange for them saying “we’ll send you 30 per cent back”. I gave them a review to say their ordering system was easy and their price was lower than other sellers. Then came an email saying I had a voucher for 30per cent off my next order (valid for only two days) and to date no money back!
The order arrived 11 days later, shipped from China and delivered by Relay not sent via Royal Mail as described on the site.
The top and trousers are not the same shade of green so don’t match - the trousers look like pyjamas. The “cotton-silk blend” is in fact 100 per cent polyester. There’s no brand label just the made in China label.
All in all, I’ve overpaid for cheap Chinese clothing which is not as described and this seller offers incentives for reviews to be left before the order arrives.

Really thoughtful multiple answers to my query. So I ordered two shirts instead of one

Easy to Use
Found what i wanted straight away, pressed the add to basket button and bought the item all within less than a couple of minutes.

Quick ordering process

Clear site no postage. Very favourable exoerience

Easy to order and hopefully a good product will be recieved.

Quality off product choices of colour and payments was quite easy

I can only comment on the ordering process which I did today. It was easy to get exactly what I was looking for at an excellent price. If the items I have ordered are as good as they look on the website I will definitely be ordering again. Trying to find something comfortable with a good height has been difficult to find so I am keeping everything crossed that my look is at last over.

I knew what I wanted and found lumexil to be the most competitive price, delivery was also free which is always a bonus.

I’ve now received the shoes they are beautiful and they arrived early so thank you for a great service.

I was looking for a particular style of shoe and Lumexil had the style in several
Colours and at a great price, as they were on sale too!
The website was easy to use, they had my size and I completed the transaction quickly and easily.
My order was processed quickly and was in transit the next day too.

Easy, no hassle and great tange of products
