Just ordered the 'Oliver - Bear Head' after seeing them in a hotel in the Netherlands. Product is top quality and really pleased with it. Ordered on the Monday, and delivery was showing for 7-10 days. Turned up on Friday, tracked delivery from DPD. Really well delivered, with branded packaging inside and complimentary sweets in the box too. A great image which is also featured in the top home magazines. Based on this, I would definately use again. Thanks guys :-)

I recently fell in love with the look of the Mutsy Igo but was unsure of buying a pram I hadn't seen before. I pre-ordered a OYOY adventure rug from lullabuy for my son for christmas and received a message from customer services to tell me it arrived a month early, in time for Elliott's birthday! He absolutely loves it and it looks great in my nursery. Great service!

I bought 4 rolls of wallpaper from Lullabuy, however we over ordered and have two spare rolls. I emailed Lullabuy to find out how to return them however was then told that they don't accept wallpaper returns and directed to their returns policy. There was no mention of this policy when I placed the order and I'm not in the habit of checking a company's returns policy when I place an order. As a result I'm now £120 out of pocket and have 2 rolls of wallpaper that I don't need. Their stance was that the batch numbers may have changed however I have had the wallpaper a week and really fail to see how they could have sold so much of it in only a short amount of time. To add insult to injury they simply stopped communicating. I will be reporting them to trading standards.

After purchasing and using an item from Lullabuy I identified an issue with it and contacted Lullabuy for their advice regarding the best way to try to resolve this with the manufacturer. Lullabuy immediately offered to send me a replacement and take up the issue with the manufacturer on my behalf saving me the hassle of trying to do so. My return postage cost was returned and the replacement sent to me in Germany where I was living at the time. If only all companies provided this level of customer service!

So impressed with delivery from here, very pleased with the quality of goods once arrived. Would DEFINITELY not hesitate to order from here again!

We bought a BE crib which slightly broke after a couple of months, I told the custumer service team and they reverted the same day offering to replace the broken part and they also gave us a little present for our lovely baby boy!

I bought a Baghera classic pedal car from Lullabuy for my 4 year old son. It arrived 5 days after I ordered it (earlier than stated on the website) in more than enough time for his Birthday. He absolutely loves it and so did my friend who then purchased a car for her daughter from Lullabuy also. Our children are delighted with their new wheels and they look so wonderful driving in fleet. Ordered a change bag then the next day I received a phone call to say they were out of stock. The person who rang was very helpfull and suggested a few options.
I decided to buy a different bag which came a few days later.
