Bought leggings which are terrible material and do not fit properly. Requested return and refund and they said no as they're in the sale. I checked and they're not in the sale, everything on their website just has a slight discount making it look like you're getting a deal. So basically you cannot return ANYTHING. Would not recommend. Theyre taking advantage of pregnant women as there's not many good reliable maternity leggings out there and their reviews on social media must all be fake.

This company deserves zero stars. I ordered two maternity leggings at an overpriced cost and was extremely disappointed by the quality. They feel cheaply made, and honestly, they’re the worst leggings I’ve ever owned. The material is see-through, and there’s a noticeable seam/marking down the middle of the back that looks very unflattering.
After trying them on, I reached out to customer service to express my dissatisfaction and request a return, but my request was denied. Very disappointing experience, especially for a first-time customer. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Bought a bag from these, the day after I reported it faulty, not even used it just took it out the packaging.
No reply for days so I chased it up, they said they would get back to me again days go by with no reply for them now to say I’m outside the refund period of 7 days because they took to long to reply!

Clearly just taking peoples money at this point

Ghosted when I emailed them straight away to return the items. The leggings have the awful ruched thong style bottom and are like a pair of tights. I just wanted soft supportive leggings for pregnancy. The photos didn’t show this detail on the bottom. Still being ghosted now after a couple of months. I have emailed four times. Will have to chargeback via AMEX. Do not use!!!

I’m slightly confused. I ordered two pairs of leggings from you, as I’m under the impression that this is a UK based company. I saw the reviews to say that these leggings were the best for a growing bump. Only to have got tracking from china and then a really poorly packaged product which wasn’t intact on delivery. Opened and tried on and I’m not convinced any of the reviews are real. They are cheap, see through and definitely do not support my bump or back as advertised. I’m really really disappointed and wish I hadn’t trusted your really well advertised leggings. Quality is 0 stars.

To echo what everyone else has said I would give 0 if possible. Brought 2 pairs of leggings from here they’re cheap materials and all round poor quality. I reached out to return but they have said that they won’t accept the return and cannot offer a refund. Absolutely appalling company don’t waste your money!

I gave them a 1 star, because zero was not an option. I purchased over $100 worth of things for my daughter. It was sent from China and they said delivered to my mailbox. That never happened, package never arrived and support said "We can't control shipping after it leaves us." Never buy from here.

I do not recommend purchasing from this website. I initially ordered two pairs of leggings in the deal that they always seem to have running on their site. I used the size guide to make sure I was buying the correct size but when they arrived they were still too small. I requested a return from the company as online consumers are able to do within 14 days as they were not as described or as expected. I received a response stating that their policy does not allow for returns for items that are the wrong size or in the sale. I went backwards and forwards with the company, stating many times what my consumer rights are and that I have the right to a refund but kept receiving the same response. In the end I had to sell the leggings for cheaper than I paid as I could not access a refund that I was ENTITLED to. Being heavily pregnant I was also unable to explore any legal action and lost out on money that was rightly mine. Shocking company, shocking customer support and a total scam. Read the reviews before purchasing!!

Ordered a set of 2 maternity leggings and got half my leg in and realized they were way too small so they are not true to size. Then I reached out to return them and they said items on sale cannot be returned. Almost everything they have is on sale like what?! I’ll never use them again and I was going to get my diaper bag and a couple other things as well from here. Not going to now.

On the photo the maternity leggings looked long to the ankle. It's a lot shorter than that in reality. If I knew it I wouldn't have bought it as I don't like short leggings.

I’d put 0 stars if I could. As many others have said, absolute scam of a company. Don’t accept returns on “sale items” but all their items are always on some sort of sale. Absolutely awful quality product as well (the maternity leggings). Don’t buy anything from this company, you’ll regret it! Wish I’d read all these reviews before I ordered.

As everyone has said. Send cheap products and won’t accept returns. Absolute scam of a company.

Do not waste your money cheap cheap cheap horrible leggings they’re not worth £4 never mind £37. I will never wear these leggings. They are horrendous. Please don’t give any money to this company. They will not accept return returns they are scammers and fraudulent and they do not abide by UK law

I received the item and unfortunately it isn’t comfortable for me to wear with my baby so I wanted to return, they have said I can not return the item due to item being on sale. Totally unacceptable do not buy from this company the quality is poor and the service is poor

Ordered 3 weeks ago. Asked for tracking information and sent a royal mail link which just said ‘the seller has advised that they have shipped your item’. Tracking was never updated and still no bag. Customer service very rude in emails. Do not use!

Brilliant products, the bottle warmer plugs right into the baby bag - so clever! Would recommend!

The luxe bag is amazing, I’ve been using it for my new born for the past few weeks and it makes naps and changing while we’re out so much easier, couldn’t recommend more!

If I could give zero I would, this product is not suitable for the use it’s supposed to be for. I’ve hardly unpacked it but could tell it was no use for my new grandson. So I emailed them to ask got return code and the reply was as it’s a baby product there’s no refund! DO NOT BUY!

Do not use this company, product broke after a few weeks use and they claim it’s standard wear and tear.
They consistently offer a discount on their products therefore is clearly the standard price.

Do not buy anything from here, will refuse to take returns and give you a refund, not abiding by uk law.
