I ordered, SEVEN pyjamas as Christmas present. Great gifts at the time but, they stained our white Christmas socks which made them slightly pink, I have made the company aware of this and they will inform their suppliers. The robe arrived in plenty of time, it is absolutely gorgeous. The embroidery is perfect. The fabric is so soft and still feels like it will last a long time. Harvey loves it. I bought this as a Christmas present and my mum loves it. It’s so soft and really nice quality :) I ordered through Etsy and the seller was great at replying to me.

I was told the item I ordered was not available and therefore, requested a refund. As there is not phone number to call, I have written numerous emails which no one replies to. Please do not order from this company.

Good quality product, really happy with the pj's I bought for my Daughters for Christmas. They are so soft and comfortable there customer service was really good as well. There was a slight problem with postage which they actually phoned me about and had it rectified before I even new there was a problem. Will definitely use this company again.

I am very upset I wouldn't use this company again or recomend it.
I ordered a babies dressing gown with her name on it for a Christmas present, a parcel was delivered to me on 20th Dec with the wrong name on it !!
As there is not a contact phone number !!! I had to email i have not had a reply to my request of my correct order being sent to me in time for christmas, which it could have been if they had called me or responded to my email.
