Hi Jo,
Hopefully we will be calling you any day now to tell you that you have won an amazing prize 🤞
The Trustpilot link is not asking you to rate the prize, they are asking you to rate our service i.e. ease of use of the website, payment process etc.
We are constantly striving to improve our service to make it as customer friendly as possible therefore we ask for feedback to help us make any suggested improvements our valued customers may make.
Kind Regards
