Hi Sean,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
We are sorry to hear you haven’t had a win yet. All of our competitions are chance-based, and every valid entry has an equal and fair chance of being selected.
We appreciate your feedback on the adverts. We try to keep our content light-hearted and entertaining, but we understand it may not be to everyone’s taste.
We wish you the best of luck in future competitions.
Kind regards,
The Lucky Day Team

Hi Jamie,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
We are sorry to hear you feel this way. Review invitations are sent directly by Trustpilot following a ticket purchase, giving customers the opportunity to share feedback on their experience.
Our Instant Win competitions work differently from standard live draws. Prizes are awarded automatically during the competition when the ticket number linked to a specific prize is purchased. The full list of available prizes is shown in the product description before entering, so customers can see exactly what is included.
All of our competitions are run fairly and transparently, and we regularly showcase genuine winners across our website and social media channels.
Kind regards,
The Lucky Day Team
