Not a great start. Failure to launch

Sign up was easy but they won’t allow you to get the sign up bonus until you verify. They use Jumio, who I have an account with and have used in dozens of other sites with actual ease, suddenly here I’m not. My account WAS showing “photos poor quality” reverify. I went to customer support, they did respond immediately I’ll give them that, they’re Johnny in the spot with the preset KYC chat button and everything. I admit I was being a little terse because I think I smell something fishy, nothing over the top though. They remained polite and friendly. I made it clear that I’ve seen this sort of thing before. After “looking into it” they told me my photos “are under review” contradicting what my account previously said.
I just checked my account to get the exact wording and wouldn’t you know, the damnedest thing happened. It done changed to “under review” ah shucks I wonder how that happened, Mickey? They must think we’re Goofy.

If my verification goes through I’m gonna risk the money for the first offer because it is sweet. I’ll update after, hopefully I get to try and redeem

lol the support is literally hard to…

lol the support is literally hard to believe it’s not AI. My husband got his funds but with me , they’re acting incompetent. I had a welcome package invite , it’s not on the store and I’ve been trying to ask them about it since I signed up and to this day it’s excuse after excuse after incompetence. Not playing here.

By far the worst experience I've had with sweeps casinos. It's taken almost a week to be verified. I finally put in a claim for $200. The next day they tell me My claim was denied because I can only withdraw $100. So I put in a claim for $100 and it comes back denied again. So now I'm absolutely furious. And it's the same woman responding to me through email both days. She tells me she looked closer at my verification documents and needs more info😂😂😂😂😂😂 So I was verified one day and the next day I wasn't. Do not waste a single penny in this place. Absolute joke

This merchant appears to be offering gambling-related digital services while processing payments through , which explicitly prohibits gambling transactions. Despite this, the transaction was approved and financed, raising concerns about misrepresentation and improper payment processing.

The service provided was digital in nature, with no clear refund or cancellation process. After realizing the nature of the transaction, I attempted to contact the merchant on April 28, 2026 to request a refund and cancellation. I received no response.

The lack of transparency, absence of customer support, and potential misclassification of services suggest this merchant may be operating in a deceptive or misleading manner.

I recommend caution when conducting business with this merchant.
