They use Jumio, who I have an account with and have used in dozens of other sites with actual ease, suddenly here I’m not. My account WAS showing “photos poor quality” reverify. I went to customer support, they did respond immediately I’ll give them that, they’re Johnny in the spot with the preset KYC chat button and everything. I admit I was being a little terse because I think I smell something fishy, nothing over the top though. They remained polite and friendly. I made it clear that I’ve seen this sort of thing before. After “looking into it” they told me my photos “are under review” contradicting what my account previously said.

By far the worst experience I've had with sweeps casinos. It's taken almost a week to be verified. I finally put in a claim for $200. The next day they tell me My claim was denied because I can only withdraw $100. So I put in a claim for $100 and it comes back denied again. So now I'm absolutely furious. And it's the same woman responding to me through email both days.
