The bunny character is adorable

The bunny character is adorable, I like bunnies. But it feels out of place for a casino game site. Massive amount of games available helps make up for it. Mascot choice is strange but I played anyway.

Me and my wife both played and won on 2 different accounts and they banned both when we redeemed only 100 each. Definitely a scam I wouldn’t recommend using this site didnt even give me a reason

LuckyBunny is a SCAM

I was told I had multiple accounts and my winnings were voided. I am not a bonus hunter and I made a purchase in connection with my winnings. I do not have multiple accounts. This casino is a SCAM and should be avoided.

The reply from the casino below is fabricated. To even suggest I have 10 accounts is absurd. I have two email addresses. The one that I used to create my account is now blocked from access. When I try to use my other email, it says there is no account associated with it. So, I know that I only have 1 account and did not accidently create another one under my other email.

The truth of the matter is that I won $300 after I purchased $5 of credits and this casino is avoiding the payment. Look at other reviews on Trustpilot and you will see this is standard procedure for this casino.

Lucky Bunny has a nice selection of games and the site works well most of the time.
What’s disappointing is that I haven’t hit any meaningful wins in quite a while despite playing regularly.
It used to feel more rewarding when I first joined.
I’m putting 3 stars because of that. I’ll update if things improve.

The green color scheme they use feels calm and not harsh on the eyes like rainbow overloads. You can finally tell the controls apart easily. The home screen looks kind of bare and unfinished in areas. Still works okay for quick plays.

I play on a few sweeps sites and Lucky Bunny started out strong with nice graphics and smooth gameplay.
Lately though some of the games have been freezing or lagging more than usual.
It’s not terrible but it’s enough to annoy me during longer sessions.
I’m giving it 3 stars because of that. The rest of the site is still good.

okay so i joined lucky bunny like three…

okay so i joined lucky bunny like three weeks ago and at first it felt really fresh and fun
the slots are cute and i like the theme but i keep getting these tiny wins even when i play for hours
idk if the rtp changed or what but it’s just not hitting like it did in the beginning
i still enjoy logging in sometimes so im not dropping lower than 3 stars
just feels off lately

Poor platform

Put money on platform when tried to redeem winnings, I was told that it was denied because of rule violation, and then I was told that I had more than one account which I do not. I have only created one account. And I was told that my account has been closed and I am no longer allowed to play on the platform. If this was even a situation then it should have been cut off before. Even being allowed to add money to it, I would not recommend this casino.

Nothing but good honestly…

I had had my eye on this site for a little while and finally gave it a shot with their welcome offer, and was able to redeem and got the redemption within two and a half days. Would definitely use that site again, and sad to see that they are only two stars. Especially with the awesome experience I had. Thanks luckybunny, hope to play again soon!

What bothers me is that customer support takes quite a while to reply to simple questions.
I sent a message three days ago and still haven’t heard back.

It's okay, but could be better

I’ve been on Lucky Bunny for a few weeks now. The games themselves are pretty good and I like the layout.
My issue is that the site feels less generous than when I first started.
Rewards and wins just aren’t coming like they used to.
Still a decent platform so I’m keeping it at 3 stars until things feel better again.

Laughable playthrough requirements

Do not play here unless you love being forced to fulfill a 10-20x playthrough, avoid any website requiring anything higher than a 1x playthrough. There’s a reason they don’t mention it when you buy coins, it’s because it is nearly impossible to win with a playthrough requirement that high.

(Updated to their reply: I already just wasted the money and called it quits, the welcome back would have to be useful… not 2-10SC or 10 fee spin useless stuff, otherwise nah, I already wasted hundreds, you’re not gonna remotely match half of that even, also are you saying that currently it’s NOT player oriented?) just stop playing games with people. This is why half of the country has banned all of you sketchy people with this social casino crap, the whole business is purely predatory by nature, but you can run it humanly, you just chose not to. If you don’t change it fully to 1x playthrough then your casino is useless.

Stay Away

I actually give it no stars! Everything was good. I redeemed a few times with no problems and very fast on redemptions. I had a redemption pending for a few days so last night I used their chat and asked why my redemption had been pending for a while. The person on the other end of the chat said they would check and let me know. This morning I get an email saying that my account was locked and it would be deleted and the money I had won would be taken away. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
