Svar från Lucky.me
Hi Anthony,
Thank you for your feedback. We experienced a technical issue that caused a delay in processing redemptions, and I understand how frustrating that must have been. The issue has since been resolved, and redemptions are now being processed as normal.
Your funds and winnings were always secure. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your patience.
I hope you’ll give us another chance to show you the experience we aim to deliver.
All the best,
Paul

Empowering the user, while building a gaming community
As a newcomer to online gaming, Lucky.me was my veritable golden ticket. I had nowhere to start before and filtering through what games were data grab scams and what was real cash and real online casinos and sweepstakes was impossible. Lucky.me takes me straight to where the best gaming is, connects me with a vibrant community and keeps me safe. It's very user friendly and doesn't require a whole lot of tech savvy, which I am not!

Detailed and Honest Content
The content was really well written and broken things down in a way that was easy to understand. Not all the reviews were glowing, but they were thorough and gave reasoning as to why there was a good or bad rating. Really easy to navigate and I liked the theme!

Really Helpful
Great site! I liked that I could see which casinos had verified wins and which specific games other players have won. The reviews seem honest and are more thorough than on similar sites. Could also see which of those casinos offered the best welcome bonuses.
