I ordered 10 ornaments for my grandchildren. Nine were great. But the one for Hayden had the name messed up like it got crinkled and torn while putting it on the ornament. I’m hoping the kids have these the rest of their lives and hate to start off with it already messed up. The others were in good condition considering the horrible packaging used to ship fragile items. Two of the boxes were smashed when they arrived. It was amazing all the bulbs weren’t crushed.
