Excellent service, excellent products.

I have been using L&S for about a year now. I have had no issues. All the in stock spares I have ordered are dispatched very quickly, generally same or next day. When I have had to contacted them they have been responsive.

I purchased a 36 inch Stihl Bar and 3 chains, i specifically rang to confirm the delivery and they said next day (Thursday) worst ways Friday as items were in stock. I had no further communication. On mondya mid mornign I contacted them and was told oh 2 of the chians are out of stock so we held the order and will post once they are in"
No apologies no contact they let me down. I was lied to and at the very least a call or email saying diod Iwant the bar and 1 chain all i wanted was the bar. The lack of thought, communication and awful customer service means Iwill never use these cowboys again
Then I had to wiat 5 days for a refund
There are so many good and reliable companies out there I would AVOID this mob if I was you !

Ordered a replacement sanding pad holder for my Bosch Sander, 2200hrs on Thursday evening. Order acknowledged Friday. Correct part delivered and fitted Saturday. Quicker and cheaper than the multibillion on line retailer and other retailers who were vague or no delivery times at all.

Really easy to use website. Had all the parts I needed, even for older Stihl and Husqvarna models. They were all in stock when ordered on a Sunday and were delivered Tuesday. Very fair and competitive pricing with sensible delivery costs. Would definitely recommend and use again! Thanks very much!

The level of customer service at LS Engineers is extremely high to say the least.Having recently purchased some kit , Sara Sales team supervisor contacted us the same day to verify that the parts we had ordered were correct for our plant - checking the serial numbers etc - most places are just happy to take your money ! Really impressed would definitely recommend and we will certainly be engaging with LS in the future for anything we need. Also they are extremely price competitive .

Want something obscure and need it yesterday? You can't beat L&S. As good as their word, I have ordered late in the day and had it on my doormat before finishing my breakfast.

Ordered close to 4 p.m - the cut off time for same day dispatch. True to their word dispatched that day.

We ordered a small and inexpensive magnet for our Bosch Garden Shredder on a Friday and paid for next day delivery. Unfortunately there was a mix up and it did not go out until Saturday morning. It arrived promptly on Monday (and so I was not able to work in the garden over the weekend). However, a quick phone call and profound apologies from the company followed and my delivery charges were refunded in full. Cannot fault the customer service at all, and will not hesitate in ordering from them in the future.

I mistakenly made a purchase for an item that was out of stock. I wasn't able to wait for a back-order so L&S refunded the purchase price straight away.

This Company is nothing short of perfection! Outstanding Customer service, great products and all dispatched at the speed of light, irrespective of the size and cost of the order. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
