Friendly and helpful.
Friendly, helpful, and competitively quoting without having been advised of competition’s quotations. They also included VAT in their quotation which isn’t always clear with other company’s quotations. But above all else, we were able to talk to a real person !

Easy to order
Easy to order. Was promptlyinformed about the order and its progress via email. Detailed information about the order, what to expect to happen when delivered and what to do was explained in detail. Good range of products.
Following the delivery of paving slabs, I contacted LSD on live chat as I felt the images on their site and the description of the colour of the slabs did not represent the colour of the slabs I received. They were easy to contact and quick to respond. Despite the difference in colour expectations I have given the company 5 stars for their customer service and the quality of the product.

Use before with good service so Use again this time delivered with no notice I received a phone call on the day from driver wanting to know whether I was.I therefore had to drop everything and make my way back which was 30 minutes away the driver did apologise and said I would receive a call as to what was the problem still waiting. Thank you for your phone call explaining the delivery mix up it was most appreciated and thank you for your advice regarding cleaning slabs.

I’m sorry for the confusion regarding your delivery. It appears there was a breakdown in communication on our side, as the update about the change in delivery method wasn’t passed on to you. One of our lorries was already scheduled to be in your area and was able to complete the delivery using a HIAB crane vehicle, which is typically a safer and more efficient option for this type of delivery. As they were passing your property, it made sense to deliver your order at the same time. Unfortunately, because we weren’t using our usual courier service, someone missed contacting you to let you know about the change.
I’m pleased everything was resolved on the day, and it was good to speak with you on the phone earlier. Please accept our apologies again for any confusion this may have caused.

Product and delivery were fine
Product and delivery were fine. Issue is that they would not supply 60 slabs. Said that 60 was one and a half packs and they did not do half packs. When delivery came the pack size is 20. I ended up buying the third pack locally and for less £.

As mentioned during our phone conversation prior to your order, we are unfortunately limited by the way Bradstone supplies and allows us to collect their products. The textured concrete slabs are packaged by Bradstone in packs of 40, which consist of two rows of 20 slabs banded together and wrapped in their packaging.
At present, these slabs are not available through Bradstone’s order choice service, which means the packs cannot be split. As a result, we are only able to collect and supply them in full packs of 40 slabs.
That said, we’re pleased we were able to deliver them to you in great condition and within the agreed timeframe. We hope you’re happy with the finished result of your project.

Good website but poor communication
Good website to use and order but poor communication around delivery and had to chase a few times for updates as dates changed a few times. One of the pavers also came damaged which I complained about but never got a response.
