This was caused by an issue with how the new game, Barotrauma, was set up in our control panel, the cancellation process failed and your service was still active. We have since resolved this issue and it won't repeat for any other customers.

There are flaws in low.ms in terms of keeping servers 100% lagless and without any issues. But as far as their customer service and promise in guaranteeing customers quality support.Their timezones are UK and a lot of customers are not based in UK, so staff responses might be slow and they are currently not a 24/7 staff support company. Their server hardwares sometimes can have flaws in them specifically Dallas Texas locations. But then again, they are happy to give a refund and provide compensation if the problem was at their end and that is why I gave them a 5 stars.

Thank you very much for the honest review, we really appreciate constructive feedback like this.
I'd like to address a few points:
We are looking at taking on 1-2 US staff members to ensure all hours are covered. This process unfortunately takes a bit of time, but we hope to have new members on board by the end of Summer.
In regards to our Dallas hardware, we are actually performing a massive upgrade to these servers in November and will be migrating to a brand new datacenter with a fantastic network. In the mean time, please still report any performance issues as really you should not be having any issues at the moment.

We have actually been developing a whole new control panel for the past 18 months, it will have a fantastic looking UI and industry leading features. Keep an eye out on our website!
On that note, our current control panel should still be very configurable for all our games. Feel free to get in touch with more detailed feedback and we can look into adding whatever features you need to the existing control panel.

Wonderful service
Wonderful service. Excellent server ping fast load in times and close to 0 maintenance needed. Easily updated with added mods so you can play your games however you like. Will definitely be using this service again.

Best Rising Storm 2 Host
Excellent support staff and you still have direct access to your server. No waiting for another individual to make alterations, but if you are not experienced in modifying the server their people can and will help in a timely manner.
IMO, best host of the 7 or so I have used since 2003. Best of the 3 I have used in RS2.

It works.
Like the title said, it does the job, didn't have any hassle setting up/modifying the server after preferences. Didn't ever require any support so can't really speak about that aspect... Ordering the product (server) and getting access to it was a fast deal.

Great service, great customer service.
By far the best RUST server experience I've had with friends. Customer service was extremely quick and helpful (my support ticket was not related to an issue with the RUST server) and I would absolutely recommend them to buddies. I found them via a review on reddit and was happy to see that they were as great as the review stated.
I don't typically leave a lot of reviews, but I did this without being offered anything. Cheers!
