Due to personal circumstances, I wasn't able to utilize the server and request for it to be paused.
Instead, the lovely support team (shoutout Daniel & Shaun) gladly offered a full refund in credits for me to use again.
I've used Streamline on and off for years and their customer service is unbeatable.

I’ve been hosting my Rust server with Streamline Servers since 2019 and honestly I’ve had a really good experience with them. The server performance has always been solid and stable, even when there are a lot of players online.

The support team is also really helpful. A few times when I had server issues, they responded quickly and helped sort things out without much hassle. It’s nice having a provider you can actually rely on when something goes wrong.

They also seem very trustworthy. At one point they even gave my Rust server a free 2GB RAM upgrade, which was a nice surprise and definitely appreciated.

Overall I think the price is worth it for the performance and support you get. I’ve been using them for years now and I’m happy to keep hosting my server with them.

They failed to restore the service for four hours and then forcibly issued a refund and shut down the server.

Very user friendly hosting, very open in offering additional resources for your hosted server. Ticket system is also immediately responded to in a professional manner.

If only there wasn't latency issues on our end, we would've continued availing, because we don't worry about downtimes and such.

Support also go out on a limb to provide you links to in-game setup supports you need.

The server performance has been outstanding, with consistently low latency and zero downtime during peak hours. Their control panel is intuitive, making it easy to manage mods, updates, and backups without hassle.

Their customer support responds quickly and provides clear solutions, which gave me confidence in their reliability. Thanks to their staff, Edo, for approving my request for extending my invoice due date due to my bank issues.

I can't recommend Streamline Servers highly enough. From the moment I submitted my support ticket, the team showed an incredible level of dedication and professionalism. I had some specific setup requests involving ReHLDS, Metamod-R, AMX Mod, and ReUnion, and they handled everything with precision and care.

Even with their new billing panel upgrade happening, support was never delayed or compromised. Every response was prompt, detailed, and focused on actually resolving the issue.

I have been using streamline servers to run my Arma3 servers since 2017.

The servers are able to handle Arma3 instense CPU load. Players are happy with my servers because there is no lag (sydney based) & the game runs smoothly.

They are fast to respond with customer service and there has been virtually no downtime in all 8 years I have been with them.

Highly recommend streamline 5 out of 5 for customer service & their servers.

I got my multiple clustered servers with them, and I have had no issues so far for over a year now.

Their support is outstanding and active 24/7.
I also wanted to highlight their anti-DDoS protection from GSL Networks, which is real-time to counter any attacks from my servers.

So far I've managed to end up having 3 bare metal and several game servers, and my community is growing faster than before.

I would recommend their services as they offer refunds, unlike other hostings out there.

At the end of May this year, I purchased a 10gbps dedicated server from their New York data center. I was very satisfied with it for the first week of use. A week later, they imposed port speed limits on my dedicated server for no reason. The phenomenon was that there were only local speed test nodes in New York. It can reach 10gbps, and other locations are limited to 1gbps. This makes me frustrated, and I initiated a paypal dispute. The employees of streamline-servers responded to me and said that the port is working at 10gbps, but they could not give the reason. In the end, all losses are borne by the buyer. Refer to their TOS. They can limit your speed at any time, even if I only use a small amount of traffic. I will never use any of their services again！

The team has been excellent in every way! Extremely fast deployment of my dedicated server in Sydney. The support team is second to none! Even going from a /31 to a /29 was done in just under an hour, including the time waiting for the subnet to be applied after the invoice was paid. Only thing waiting on now is IPv6 connectivity but given the high calibre team more than happy to wait.

10/10 Customer Service, Response times are wicked and support it very helpful.

Outstanding company. I switched to them from a different hoster and was met with excellent support from active staff in there discord. Also very helpful and none of the issues I was having with my prior hoster. Will 100% be using them from now on.

They have answered tickets faster and more accurate then all the other companies combined. very polite. set up was super easy. more flexability with there setting options.

Can say that of the handful of server rental services I have used over the last six or seven years with my community that thus far Streamline Servers have been amazing. their customer support have been great in resolving ongoing issues i encountered with me server many of which where due to my own actions and lack of technical knowledge. they are honest and human in their dealings with their customers and strike a great balance between swift professionalism and polite humanitarian ethos when dealing with members of the public that are less informed about tech then they are. I look forward to continued and ongoing work with Streamline Servers in fact I'm off to open a new ticket now. how often can you say you haven't felt dread at the thought of filing a customer support ticket.

Jero and Shaun were just wonderful! Very timely response and helped me out with my concerns right away. Their CS team is like a breath of fresh air after going through a different hosting service that would answer you with a generic reply after almost a week if you're lucky. Hopefully our server will be as dependable as these two! Thanks again!

we've been using Streamline for the past few years now for running Project Zomboid servers. What's only holding us back was the price that they offer for renting their servers. The whole package is great ---- it's complete. It has everything you'd ask for. If you have the money, go for streamline. Really worth the money!
