We were sorry to see this review and it is unfortunate it contains inaccurate information. We have not delivered a tag with wrong information. The tag has not yet arrived to you as it shipped yesterday. We do remain available to work with you and want to help get a good resolution. We understand you wanted to change the tag after you ordered it but the email you sent did not provide the engraving you would like. We responded right away to your email to clarify and help you add engraving details but we did not get a response back from you. We can not add engraving to any tag without receipt of the exact engraving a customer would like. We did not receive a response from you so the tag was submitted as ordered. We engrave the tag as submitted unless we get exact changes in writing or discussed over the phone. We let customers know this in our confirmation email we send after we receive all orders. As we let you know, your order shipped late yesterday, Oct 21st. The tag has not yet arrived as indicated in this review. The tag was engraved as you ordered, shipped to you and the tag is not missing submitted information from the order. We always work with our customers and strive to find good solutions. We sent you an email offering to help with the situation by trying to discuss getting you another tag you want with the changes. We hope to hear back from you via email to get a resolution! As a non-profit rescue we look for good quality ID tags that will hold up to our very active Weimaraner's yet are at an affordable price. I've fallen in love with the deluxe tags. I buy the large ones for my dogs and the small for my cats. Never disappointed! Sturdy, thick, high quality tags that don't fade! They're so catchy and beautiful!

Quality, easy and fast. Two thumbs up!
My tags were easy to make, arrived quickly, and were exactly what I ordered. Shipping was reasonable, too. (I'm always amazed how much some companies charge for shipping.) Quality is excellent. I love that the classic tags I purchased come with a ring that may or may not be used, as I ended up not using them.
