Complete Scam. Robbed me of my money for my mothers birthday present, then sent me half asked emails saying my package was still being checked, or is in transit somewhere when i started inquiring where my package was a month after they said it would be delivered. This cycle repeated for about another month until i just gave up

#KAD33310US #KAD34729US It has been a year and 8 months since they charged me $100. ALL OF THE PETS on one the mats are DEAD! No customer service.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a customized doormat March 3, 2022. Here it is Sep 2023 and I have still never received the doormat. I contacted them several times and no response and now they don't even have a website for me to contact them on. This is ridiculous and wrong. Something needs to be done about this company.

In maart 2023 een tapijt besteld met de foto en namen van de honden op, na meerdere malen mailen naar hen steeds hetzelfde antwoord dat het onderweg is. Ze hebben dan nog het lef om 20% korting te geven op de volgende bestelling voor het ongemak. Laatste maal een mail gekregen in april dat hun bedrijf niet meer bestaat maar we het product wel nog zouden krijgen...... niet dus ..... geen tapijt en geld kwijt! Een antwoord op de vraag om mijn geld terug te storten krijg je natuurlijk niet! Een echte schande dat zo'n wanpraktijken kunnen blijven gebeuren!

I ordered a customized doormat on March 3, 2022, It’s now April 2023 and I still don’t have the doormat. I have contacted them half a dozen times over the last year. One time they answered they had gotten it back from China and didn’t like the way it looked so reordered it. I have gotten several responses to my emails that was in French and Dutch or German and had to have my phone translate it for me and it was just excuses, no real information about when my order might arrive. The tracking number didn’t work. I finally contacted my credit card company and it is out of the time frame to register a dispute. I have decided to never order anything advertised on Facebook!
DO NOT order from this company. Like other reviewers I have come to realize this is company is a SCAM!!!

Ce site est une ARNAQUE. Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande faite en janvier 2023. En Février, le "service client" a prétendu que la qualité du porte clé n'était pas satisfaisante et que la commande était retournée au "designer". Début Mars, le service client prétend avoir eu un problème avec le transporteur et que la commande vient d'être expédiée (sans fournir de numéro de suivi de colis). A ce jour, après un nouveau mail fait au service client, pas de réponse, commande non reçue et qui n'arrivera certainement jamais

Cela fait depuis début décembre que j'ai passé commande et toujours rien , réponse automatique de leur site A FUIR ABSOLUMENT

Ordered a door mat on December 12 for our granddaughter to give our daughter for Christmas. Multiple emails have gone unanswered. “Tracking” link still says waiting for shipper update. We have been scammed. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!

Total scam. Item was cheap and was broken upon delivery. Asked for a refund. It’s been 4 months. Still fighting with them. Going to pursue legal action to get my money back. Stay away from this company.

I agree with most of the other reviews it is a SCAM. After 2 months of e-mails back and forth we still have not gotten our door mat. The site says 10 to 12 days shipping to US. Have repeatedly ask for a refund, but have not gotten one. Don't waste your time or money.

C'est un site à fuir !!!! J'ai commandé un porte clé pour offrir à Noël et à ce jour, toujours rien reçu !!! J'ai relancé je ne sais combien de fois et je reçois toujours le même mail automatique .... en attendant toujours pas la marchandise ... ça fait plus d'un mois ....

J'ai fait une commande le 28 novembre 2022 de chaussettes pour un cadeau de Noël et nous sommes le 15 janvier 2023 et je n'ai toujours rien reçu. J'ai plusieurs fois relancé par mail sans réponse et mon règlement a été débité. C'est inadmissible ! Une vraie arnaque.

Ordered a painting at the end of November as a Christmas gift. It was supposed to be delivered before December 15th but was actually only shipped on December 20th so it arrived was after Christmas.
What a surprise when I opened the box and realized they spelled the name of my dog wrong, forgot the first letter.. And on top of everything, I paid for an electronic version of the picture which I never got.
I have been trying to contact them by email for the past 2 weeks and do not get any reply.
This website is a SCAM, stay away from it!

Commande jamais reçue. Aucune réponse du service client malgré plusieurs relances.
Compte en banque bien débité, de plus j'avais passé commande en livraison express.

Ordered Door mat on March 2022. They said was shipped on August 25. several follow ups just resulted in putting me off. Now they will not reply to my e-mails.
Nor return my money.

Ordered mat at beginning of December, nothing arrived and got a reply from customer service saying that it was delivered to my address… nothing has arrived. Checked shipping information and it appears to be drop shipped. Have tried to push for more details e.g. UK shipping/tracking numbers but have a feeling that they are blatantly lying. Reported to trading standards. Avoid and use another site for novelty gifts!
