I have ordered from Love You Pets 5 times over the last couple of years. I had one issue, called them, and it was taken care of right away. No arguments/excuses; they just fixed it. Very good company with which to deal and very prompt!

Somehow we threw the envelope away in which the tag was mailed. They sent a replacement at no charge. How could one ask for better customer service??

Terrible customer service
I ordered the martingale collar and it's too big. I bought it for my puppy before I got her but because I don't have the tiny little tag that came on the item I can't return it even though she only tried it on for 2 seconds. Poor customer service.
