Will Not Deliver To Some Scottish Postcodes
Tried to order some bits for a stair handrail. Spent ages choosing items, then went to checkout and on the last screen it tells me my postcode is not Mainland UK. I live near Perth in Scotland!!! This is definitely mainland UK unless something has changed. I'm assuming what's actually happening here is this message is rubbish and it's actually because our postcode classes as Highlands and Islands by their courier (which it is not). What a waste of my time. I'm sure somewhere buried deep in their T&Cs it explains this but, who honestly reads these first. I'm sick of companies not posting this information more clearly or making it easier to do a postcode delivery charge check earlier in the process (rather than springing it on you in the last step of the checkout after you've wasted your precious time choosing what to buy). I'm also sick of companies choosing to use couriers that class our postcode as Highlands and Islands, when 1. it is not (its 30 mins from Perth and 5 mins off the A9 and 2. when there are other couriers available that regularly deliver here no problems and with no additional charges. Sort this out and sort out your website so it gives your customers timely and accurate information.

Beautiful oak
I ordered a threshold for my doorway. Everything was easy to follow, the delivery process was clear and accurate but most importantly the oak I recieved was beautiful and beautifully prepared. I would definitely order from Love Skirting again.

Ordered a threshold board last week. Was sent an email confirming delivery for this week 24th/25th? Received another email with a different delivery date of 26th - 29th with no explanation as to why? Had carpet fitter booked now I have to change. Bad service.

Ordered Samples 2 weeks ago (paid), never arrived. Chased them again a week later as nothing arrived still. Assured me, being sent out that day with apologies. Ok, that happens...
But still 10 days later nothing. Requested a refund and cancel the order.
They never sent them at all. Let's see if refund arrives.

Extortionate delivery charge !! Avoid!
Very nice on the phone discussing ordering online, flat oak wood solid threshold £22.96.
I certainly don't remember seeing delivery charge of £24, when ordering, I wouldn't of ordered it!!
Absolutely daylight robbery, delivery charge more than the item purchased! Certainly won't be using again and not recommending. Use at your own risk.

Delivery service is awful, avoid. Don’t tell you they’ll dump it on the ground floor then phone to tell you they’ve left it there. Will not use again :(

Avoid avoid avoid customer service is disgustingly bad they are your sadly typical online sales company!! They poor reviews and score is there for a reason as they will do zero to help you but gladly take restocking charges when they have sent wrong products zero help whatsoever. AVOID AVOID AVOID there are better reviewed companies out there who still accept that and acknowledge customer care. This company does not order with them at your own risk!!

I can see that you contacted our Sales Team regarding the order that you recently received from us and explained that you weren’t happy with the product as it was a different colour to what you had previously received from us. Our Technical Team assessed the image that you had sent over and confirmed that the previous item you ordered was an Oak Unfinished product and the new item you ordered from us was an Oak Lacquered product.
We explained that due to the finishes of the products being different, that these would differ in colour. We advised that if you were unable to use the item you had received, you could return this to us and receive a refund so that you could place a new order for the correct item. We did also offer waiving the restocking fee for you on this occasion. This offer was declined by yourself.

I ordered a hardwood sill a few weeks…
I ordered a hardwood sill a few weeks ago and after a week wondered why it had not arrived. I checked the order and it did say 3 days to 18 days. A bit of a wide delivery window, but I guessed some items needed to be machined. I was a bit worried about arrival, given some of hte reviews, so sent an email and got a good response. The sill arrived, in good packaging and good quality, about 4 days later. Just my recent experience.
