Taken my money and not given me the product or refund promised 😢 please don’t send your money to this man. I did it though Instagram and was fooled by the amount of followers.

Unfortunately I have also been scammed. This company have taken my money and are not responding to any emails. I submitted the digital photo 9 days ago and they say there is a 48 hour turn around. I’ve heard nothing and I shall now have to report the fraud to my credit card company. Be warned, avoid!

I have just received the framed print of the photo LOF have restored for me.Its moved me to tears as it's exactly as I remember on the day.Please don't bother with the negative reviews, my experience with Ben and his team has been professional and above and beyond.Worth every penny.In fact im already thinking if any other photos i have I'd like treated.

Fake! Stay away from this ‘company’. He restored images (I use that phrase very loosely) for me, and when I said that they looked nothing like my family members, he ignored my messages and blocked me! I paid him £50 and he destroyed my images, he’s so unprofessional, and the whole practice is just a scam to get money off people. I have numerous messages from other people that he did the same to also. He just used the Rimini app and only took payment via PayPal Family and Friends as he knew that I couldn’t open a claim using this method once I wasn’t happy. Such a horrible way to treat people. And he deleted any negative comments on Facebook and Instagram that anyone left to try to appear ‘professional’. How someone that claims that he restores images to help people’s mental health can be so cruel and vindictive is beyond me. Scamming people, making a mockery of their personal memories. I am more than willing also to send all messages and interactions with other people that he scammed to Trust Pilot to back up my review.

Been looking into companies to restore a photograph of my parents. However I have been looking into this and the majority of the reviews are fake or from family and friends. He has a very bad reputation in the industry and I definitely would not use him. Sad to post this as my reviews are always positive!!

Really straight forward process with amazing results. I have given gift to my mum who was so amazed with the pic brought back to life for her 😍

Ben is such an amazing caring person, he’s gone through a lot in life losing his mam to suicide people don’t know how strong the guy is. And he’s always there for anyone around him and lol he does is look after everyone and try be positive and make them successful to. Ignore a few haters with comments on here there trolls and keyboard warriors prob jealous and hate him for his success like most people happens to them in life
