Awful delivery service, ordered my package on the 19 of july, still hasnt come yet. Awfull customer service, and extremly bad communication skills from the Company. DONT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE!!!!

Terrible company. Awful quality products and terrible customer service!!!!!!

Mega slecht! Lijkt totaal niet op het product dat ik besteld heb.

I came across the ‘cuddle me’ robe online. Interested enough in this, I checked the sizing. The sizing states XS-S and M-L, equivalent to a UK 4-8 and 10-16, quite a wide range. I contacted customer services for more information before placing an order to make sure I would be happy with the fit, and requested garment dimensions.
I was astonished to be told ‘I am unable to share measurements of our cuddle me dressing gown due to strict manufacturing regulations.’
Other retailers have this information readily available on their websites, so to be told this when I have taken the trouble to request this ahead of making a purchase is somewhat bizarre.

Absolutely ludicrous company to deal with.i sent my parcel back and would only refund the top and not the full set I sent back.i would never deal with this company again. I was out of pocket 50pounds.there awful at communicating to.

Really frustrated with this company, they’re so expensive for basically SHEIN quality products and their refund cost is ridiculous. I was extremely upset with my order so I wanted a refund, to return my products it would cost me $35 so it isn’t even worth getting a refund. Really disappointed since I spent over $100 :(

Excellent Customer Service from Paige
I had issue with my order so contacted customer services and a lady callled paige was very helpful and resolved this for me straight away, great communication, very professional.

Absolutely shocking customer service and experience with purchasing from this company. My item was delivered to the wrong address by the courier who admitted fault for this and so told me to contact loungewear for a refund. I contacted the “customer service” which could be done my email only, I waited days for a reply and 1 month on I still don’t have my item and I have paid for it and have no refund!!! Dpd told them they delivered to the correct address despite me providing proof this couldn’t be the case and loungewear are still insisting I have my item. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Ik heb 3 januari een erg grote bestelling geplaatst (het gaat dus om een behoorlijk geld bedrag). 2 dagen later kreeg ik een melding dat mijn pakket bij DHL vertraagd was. Na contact te hebben gehad met DHL blijkt mijn pakket zoek te zijn (kan lounge natuurlijk aan het begin niks aan doen), mij werd verzocht contact met de leverancier (dus lounge) op te nemen maar lounge is al mega moeilijk bereikbaar. Toen kreeg ik 12 januari eindelijk contact dus ik heb een formulier in moeten vullen en zouden ze snel contact op nemen. Nu is het al weer 16 januari en heb ik nog niks gehoord en nog steeds is mijn pakket zoek! Ben benieuwd of er nog wat van terecht komt want contact met lounge is amper mogelijk. Onderhand al 2 weken verder. Erg slecht geregeld als je het mij vraagt.

Ellende pakket niet ontvangen en doen moeilijk. Moet vanalles tekenen terwijl hun bezorgdienst Budbee liegt dat ze gedrukt staan. Oplichters

Beautifully made leisure wear and underwear, at affordable prices! Fits great and quality of materials are superior to many other like for like brands. Would highly recommend 🥰

Sturen het pakket zonder compleet adres te noteren. Contact met helpdesk gaat snel , maar zeer teleurstellende oplossing. Artikelen kunnen niet geleverd worden en mijn bestelde artikelen kunnen niet opnieuw verzonden worden

Order $170 worth of products. The estimated delivery time was between 5 and 15 business days. The items were purchased on 28th November and today is the 28th December. I got into contact with lounge around 12 business days in as the item was still located in London. I was informed that the package had experienced what they would like to describe as a couriers technical glitch and that they would send out a fresh order. When questioned if the new order would be upgraded to express postage as the items were purchased for a birthday present on the 19th December. My response was very delayed and the so called customer experience executive then informs me that the package was again back on track because it was then scanned in another facility at London. 15 business days go by. Still no package received I send another email to which I am offered a "Sorry" and 15% off my next order. Hey guys, news flash I won't be ordering off of you guys again if it takes an entire month to get goods in the first place and takes anywhere from 1 - 3 business days to get a reply about "enquiries" wouldn't recommend nor would I purchase any gifts from Lounge. As of the 28th of December I cannot comment on the quality of the items pruchase, however as you could imagine I won't be holding my breath 🤣

They stole my money I ordered 12 things and they sent me one and a half. Not even the entire outfit showed up. I disputed with my credit card company, and they disputed back and kept the money. I am empty handed now and I am try to figure out how not to owe them.

Ik ben heel blij met de hulp van Elly. Er was een foutje in mijn product en werd onwijs snel geholpen door haar. Een nieuw broek is onderweg en ik ben erg tevreden

My experience has been awful
I received my order UK1289368 and had received two tops and not my shorts which I had ordered.
I then seen there was a live chat contacted through to customer service and got through to someone called Tamara who didn't help me at all or resolve their mistake not mine!
This is my first time using them and definitely my last as each item was £20 each and the customer service was shocking!
