Better than I expected
Took the plunge and ordered my wife some copper ear studs - not really my cup of tea, but the ones from Louella looked good. They arrived in a Jiffy bag - well padded - a good sign and the presentation was lovely - I didn't even need to wrap them up. My wife was really happy with the ear studs - so a great wedding anniversary. Thanks Louella

Bespoke Tanzanite ring
I asked Louella to create a ring for me, with two Tanzanite stones (the birthstone of my two sons) and I was blown away by the service she provided and the absolutely beautiful piece of jewellery she created for me. It is simply stunning and perfectly encapsulates what I asked for. Such care and love has gone into making the ring, which makes it even more special. I will treasure it! 💜💜
