Confused and in limbo
The site is not that user friendly and details are not that obvious. I have been unable to purchase further tickets given the credit card limit was reached and I have so far been unable to ascertain what the limits are and whether or not these can be changed.

Great website, they pay the gain
Simply to use, they pay the small gain, for the big one, I don't know because I'm actually only a small winner... the price of ticket are not to big also.
Perhaps the only negative for now is the group play, it's all the time the same number.

Совсем недавно на сайте проводили работы, не мог войти неделю. Потом был звонок оператора, она сказала теперь нпдо писать Lottosends, я попробывал, результата нет (пишет неправильный пароль или логин). Телефон службы потдержки всегда занят, онлайн помощник не отвечает, востановление пароля не работает. Такое впечатление что меня стерли. Может я выйграл и они нехотят отдавать деньги?

Not happy
I had my deposit fund deducted in the recent US Powerball lottery. I did not receive any scanned ticket as promised in my email. I could login with my email, but they said my email was not registered. I wanted to cancel my account but there is no options in the site to cancel your account. Not happy with lottosend. I want my money back.

We do not scan group game tickets but the numbers chosen are available for you to see in your account. Lottosend is a good site to play some of the international lotteries. They need to improve in scanning of the tickets before the draw takes place and live chat is not available on week end days.

All the lotteries we feature on the site are available for purchasing, respective of local laws where one resides. Although not all global lotteries are available on the site, we are adding new ones frequently to cater more and more clients, so check back with us to see what was added. If you would like to play a specific lottery that is not available, please contact our support team via email and we will try to add it in the future. As for the tickets being scanned after the draw, you are correct, the most important thing for us is that your selected numbers/ticket is purchased before the draw and actually participate. The receipts are scanned soon after (those are the tickets that you refer to) and are consequently made available for the client. Although we try our very hardest to make the receipts available as soon as possible, it is our first priority that the ticket is purchased and not that the scanned image is uploaded before the draw. That said, it is important to note that we make all receipts available no more than 24 hours after the draw. As for winners, yes! We have quite a few individuals who have long since paid for their purchases on our site, we encourage you to follow in their footsteps by participating in additional games that feature higher winning odds, or continue with the games of your choice.

The numbers are not random enough.
When you buy a group lotto, I think the numbers are too in order. I would rather have it more random similar to when you walk into a store a buy one. Random numbers would give people better chances.
