I like it but I'm still observing it for further improvement

I have been maintaining an account with Lottosend for nearly five years now.
With their personalised service through dedicated Account Managers, Lottosend has been providing me excellent service. They have been prompt and fair in all the transactions and very responsive on my requirements and complaints.

One of the best lottery websites. I recently started using it and it's really good.

The ticket numbers scanned in was different to the ticket numbers I selected and I complained in writing. I still have no response to my query to explain why this happened.

I am desperate to know and urgently before I draw conclusions.

I have now been contacted and passed a credit and also offered another free line as apology which is a good step forward.

I am waiting to be told exactly what happened to complete the process of resolution.

I was told the mismatch of numbers was due to a system error that has now been rectified and this error should not recur. One positive in all this was the effort to phone me back with explanations.
