I was having issues creating a Figma animation, so on a Saturday night, I opened a support request, providing a link to my Figma file and video walk-through of the issue I was having. Early Monday morning, Lottie Files' customer service responded with a "working on it" message, and by early Tuesday AM, they had sent a super informative video, showing me step-by-step how to successfully execute my flow animation, with a couple different options for achieving the results I wanted. While I feel that Lottie Files' own tutorial videos could be a little more detailed for a newbie animator like me, I was very impressed with how they handled my request and the final result.

These are very deceptive tactics; They advertise free SVG animations, but after they make you create an account, there is no SVG to download, only the paid options.

Customer support was responsive and took care of my refund in a timely manner.

It is a great service and when I forgot to cancel my subscription, customer service was helpful and refunded me. Big fan.

I searched for 2 weeks for assets for my project. I couldn't find any I liked. I contacted support for a refund and they were un willing to give refund.

As a newcomer to Lottie, Lottiefiles helped make it easy for my company to convert our animations to the Lottie format and compress them. The compression feature was sometimes hit or miss, but otherwise we enjoyed being able to preview, save and export our animations with Lottiefiles.

Lottie files is a great project that enrich the use of animations on the web and rises the standard level. I'm very excited in advancing my skills in making Lottie animations. They are highly optimized for the web and so far the best option. Also, their support is very helpful and willing to fix any reported problem in the shortest possible time. Thank you for your service and keep up the good work.

Relatively new to Lottie, but the tool is easy to use & customer support made life easy. Most tools make the requests I made hard to conduct, but Lay @ Lottie took it head on and made it happen!

I really enjoyed the animated image. It brought my presentation to life, capturing attention effectively and adding a touch of humor.

Lottie files is fantastic. We worked with a client who had enormous video animations on their site. We worked with an animator and used lottie files to recreate them in an optimal and high performing format. Their test scores went from an 'F' (many mbs) on GTMetrix to an 'A'.

Lottie files made the conversion of vector format animations to web optimized lottie files easy and efficient without the need for technical expertise.

They were also accomodating and helpful with a billing issue that was my fault.

Love the free account provided by Lottiefiles, it allows me to explore more about lottie animation as a beginner. There are so much to play with! Thanks.

Be sure to check the billing details as they do not (at the time of writing this) have a monthly option but instead only have an annual subscription. I made this mistake but they were good with responding to emails and resolving any issue I had.

We did not like the design options given so tried to cancel. Despite submitting refund within 7 days, a refund was not honoured. They also charged us annual subscription. There is no way to cancel through their application so they just continue to charge you annually.

Do not use this company. We will be complaining to the higher authority.

I actually liked the product at first. I got lots of good animations for free so I decided to get the paid version for $240 USD per year because I wanted access to the "premium" animations, not just the free ones. Well, after I paid and tried to download a premium animation, it took me to a different website where I would have to pay an additional $180 USD per year to get the premium animations. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! They make you think if you pay you will get the premium animations but they just take you to another website where you have to pay still more! I didn't do it because after being cheated the first time, I can't ever be sure there won't be more hidden fees.

Really really bad. Bloat your website and expect you to pay a yearly fee of $250 to "optimize" the json file so it doesn't slow your site down!
Really horrible customer service

Free version of Lottie was great some excellent content. But limited, so signed up to premium and no more content as the premium content is with iconscout $250 + $200 to get not much. Advice just stick with the free version and try elsewhere for premium content
