It's been over 2 months, never got my redemption. Support is non existent, no one has replied back to my emails. It's honestly a cash grabbing scheme. They keep going under maintenance like every two weeks and this recent one is still on going. Wouldn't recommend this platform. Save your hard earned money folks. The social links they have dont work, no in app support, no nothing but only a store and a few game providers.

I’ve been to a lot of casinos online and whatever and this one is so bad when it comes to everything really they owe me almost $600. They haven’t paid me in almost a month now to get a response back from anybody is trying to get blood from a stone as much as I like it there it there’s no way I could recommend it to anybody don’t pay them anything because you will not get paid back.

Put in for redemption on April 21, 2026. Never got a confirmation or anything that it was processing. Next day, went on to check and conveniently the site was “under maintenance”. Today is May 4, and it’s the first day the page actually loaded without the “under maintenance” which was the only thing I could see in that time span.
Never had any contact from them, no email responses to which I’ve sent a few. I’ve reported them to:
* Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
* Better Business Bureau Scam Tracker
* Domain registrar abuse department
* Website hosting/network abuse contacts
* Additional public consumer fraud reporting platforms
Don’t waste your time here! I promise it’s not worth it.

I enjoy playing on this platform and like the nice daily login bonuses, however, I put in a redemption request for $100 on 4/6/2026 and it is now the 17th, and it stated 1-3 day payout. Supposedly they have 24/7 live chat in the app that I have yet to locate and I’ve emailed support three times now and have received zero response whatsoever. They then closed their site for three days for “routine maintenance” and are back online today and still nothing. My redemption is still in “pending” status. I would be extremely cautious about spending any money on this site if you ever expect to receive your redemptions or any assistance whatsoever from customer support. It’s too bad really, because I really like their platform and game variety. Sucks that they have to be crooked sheisters.

Still havent received my $400 reward. Ive write emails and they haven't wrote back since last week it's been over a week. I received one of my rewards but not the other one.

The only plus side of the site is you get good daily bonuses. I submitted a redemption on the 3rd of April for $100. Waited till the 8th before emailing support. They emailed back the same day stating "we're still fixing that program issue, we're working on it, that it would be a few days & I would get it out asap." The part of them saying "I would get it out asap" seems sketchy & weird to me. I've since emailed 3 times since the 8th, & haven't got a response. Go figure.
Useless, fake, scam casino that doesnt payput redemptions
Myself, along with countless other people, have been waiting weeks for our redemptions,mine being $100 USD, many others being owed significantly more. As a reviewer below me has said, the useless "customer support" quite literally never answers. The Marketing Director of iGaming, the company that owns Lott-o-Fun, appears to be on Linkedin, by the name of Kathy Andrew, residing in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area. I've attempted messaging her just now, and her name and information are now being forwarded to the proper authorities. As of my writing this, the website appears to be "under maintenance", stating that things will return to normal in around 60 hours. However, many online casinos have used this ploy as something to hide behind, only to completely dissappear from the internet entirely.

I'm another one of the reviews here that hasn't been paid out for a substantial amount of time. You all can see the other reviews so I won't go in to detail. I just wanted to let you all know that if you want to contact someone other than the mysterious person who responds with completely unprofessional emails like:
"Hey
I'm having problems with the platform"
Or if you want to find the company behind them to seek small claims, the marketing director of iGaming, Kathy Andrew, lists lottofun on her LinkedIn and is the first search result on Google when you search for the site's owner. Hope this helps.

I tried to redeem 113.92 on April 4th 2026 and it still says it's pending. I tried to contact support and they responded saying that they were trying to fix it and it would be taking care of asap. Whatever that means
